Awesome Technician/Great Company with response time

The technician arrived within the beginning time of the time frame. We was very pleasant and he explained in detail what could’ve been happening with my washing. And once he completed the repair he explained what his findings were and the repairs made. He explained how to best operate my machine going forward. He cleaned up after hisself, which was great. He was a pleasant person to talk to. Great listener.

Samsung sent this company out to repair…

Samsung sent this company out to repair my refrigerator and they were great! The service tech sent a text just prior to his arrival, he arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Fixed my refrigerator within 30minutes, and saved me money because I was ready to just replace it.

We contacted Nana after a conversation with Samsung about our ice maker. We weren't really sure what their role was in the repair, but quickly discovered they were just the match maker between us and a technician.
They helped us schedule a technician and today the job was completed. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because we were contacted by two different technicians, which confused things in getting our repair done. Also there were four separate emails about repair parts being shipped, leading us to believe we were expecting multiple packages. But it was really just one package that they confirmed four times.

horrible customer service

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences. I originally requested a service appointment on June 14, 2023. The time frame given was 8 am until 5 pm. After waiting this entire time, I was told at approximately 5:30 that there was no technician available. The service was rescheduled for July 12, 2023 with an arrival time between 8 am and noon. After the arrival window had passed, I was then told I would have to reschedule for the following day. I cannot continue to rearrange my daily schedule to accommodate these fruitless service appointments.

Thank you for providing your feedback. I apologize for the extremely disappointing customer service experience you've had. It's understandable that repeated delays and rescheduling can cause significant inconvenience and disruption to your daily schedule.

I'd like to provide some clarification on our scheduling process. Our appointments are set up in 4-hour windows, and once a technician is assigned to your job, we send a confirmation email and text message that includes the technician's name. Upon reviewing your notes, it appears that we received your service request on 7/5, and you initially selected 7/12 as the service date. However, we were unable to find a technician to confirm that appointment. Our intention is never to make you wait for service, and we aim to communicate the confirmation as soon as a technician is assigned to your job.

Fortunately, we were able to secure a confirmed appointment with a technician for today, 7/14. I understand that the technician was running behind schedule and reached out to inform you of the delay. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused. I hope that the technician's visit, now marked as "onsite," has alleviated your concerns. If you continue to experience issues after the technician's visit, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at Support@Nana.io, addressing your email to the Escalations Team. We would be more than happy to assist you further.

Technician was great, notifications were horrible

Technician was great - correctly diagnosed the problem and seems to have resolved it. Nana’s appointment notification system, however, is an unmitigated disaster and that’s the reason I took off two stars. From the moment I contacted them I was subject to an endless flurry of contradictory texts and emails randomly confirming and rescheduling appointments. At one point a cancellation came through while the tech was actually standing here. Nana if you’re listening, your notification technology SUCKS and you should hire a human dispatcher.

Mr Guzman

Mr. Guzman with Intel Tech Solutions was contracted by Nana to repair the ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator. Took him 15 min to replace, very professional and will use him again on any other appliance, TV and sound system issues.

The technician was outstanding

Although I wasn't thrilled about having to do a repair on a fridge that is less than a year old, my technician was fantastic. He was punctual and explained everything that needed to be done. He went above and beyond to make sure I got quality parts and was very efficient with the repair.
