I placed an order on March 25th
I placed an order on March 25th, which is now exactly 2 months ago. I still have not received my order at the provided address, and I have also not received a refund.
I have contacted customer service multiple times and tried calling several times as well. Each time I was told that I would receive a callback, but unfortunately that never happened.
I want my money refunded immediately.
The service has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company.

We are sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your experience.
However, we would like to clarify that your refund was processed shortly after your most recent contact with us and is currently with your payment provider. Refunds can take up to 3 working days to appear depending on your bank.
Unfortunately, the parcel was not claimed with the courier/customs within the required timeframe. As advised for international deliveries, parcels must be claimed by the recipient, and couriers will typically hold items for up to 30 days before returning them to the sender. At present, the tracking still shows the parcel in the return process and we have not yet received the goods back.
While we completely understand your frustration regarding the delay, this situation was unfortunately outside of our direct control. We have also raised this matter with Royal Mail and are awaiting the return of the parcel.
We always aim to provide the best possible service and regret that you were unhappy with your experience. We really have tried our best to resolve this for you.
Zero difference to my weak nails
Bought this stuff with high hopes for my soft weak nails… used exactly as directed…8 weeks on & …. Sadly the products have made zero difference…. The products are ok as nail polish but nothing more than that….

Nail condition can vary greatly from person to person, and factors such as lifestyle, health, previous nail damage, and nutrition can all affect results and the speed of improvement. While many customers do see positive changes, unfortunately we appreciate that not every product works the same way for everyone.

The only nail care products you should buy
There isn’t a Navy product I don’t love. From the cuticle nippers, cuticle balm, the cuticle oil pen, the eye masks, the hand cream, the hand salve; I love them all. Every product is nourishing, super high quality and smells delicious. When you buy Navy, you buy Yorkshire quality and care at its finest.

Keeping cuticle oil close by for consistent use really can make such a difference to long term nail and hand care.
Definitely improved my nails and cuticles
I’m currently using 4 Navy products on my hands and the improvement - especially in my cuticles has been really good. I use the cuticle balm, hand & cuticle serum, hand cream and the nail grow. For the first time in over 6 months my cuticles and nails aren’t dry, flaky and peeling. I will definitely continue with these products.

I’ve been looking for a replacement for Nailtiques which has been discontinued, and it’s early days but I think I may just have found a replacement
The product arrived quickly, and the free gifts were a lovely surprise
The product goes on easily and dries quickly, and so far no smudges like I’ve had with other nail strengtheners
I love that the smell isn’t too strong, and it doesn’t linger in the room I’ve sat in to paint my nails

Navy soap dispenser pump - does not pump
I purchased the Navy hand wash and hand cream set and initially thought it was a lovely product. Unfortunately, the soap dispenser pump has become stuck and no longer works.
I contacted customer service to request a replacement pump, which I was happy to pay for so the set would still match. However, I was told that spare pumps are not available, which is disappointing and raises questions about the product’s sustainability.
The conversation then shifted to the fact that my product was over a year old, despite it only being used occasionally in a spare bathroom, and therefore no replacement was offered. I have since asked how long the dispenser is actually expected to last, especially considering refill products are sold separately, of which I have. One would reasonably expect the dispenser to function for much longer than a year with light use.
This has been very disappointing, as I had expected better from Navy, particularly in terms of offering replacement parts for such an essential component.

Thanks for your message, I completely understand why you’re asking, and I appreciate the comparison you’ve made.
A refillable soap dispenser doesn’t really have a set lifespan, but under normal use you would typically expect it to last a couple of years, sometimes significantly longer depending on use and care.
In your case, because the soap contains pumice, it can sometimes lead to build-up in the pump mechanism over time, which may affect how smoothly it works. Regular cleaning of the pump can help, but it is fair to say it can be more demanding than a standard liquid soap.
I do understand your frustration, especially given your experience with other dispensers that have lasted much longer. I’m really sorry about that. We’ve not had other complaints about this, but I completely appreciate that doesn’t change how it’s been for you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear of your disappointment.
Having looked into this further, your dispenser is now over two years old. Whilst we completely appreciate your point regarding refill products, dispensers unfortunately do experience wear over time, particularly with formulas containing natural pumice which can place additional strain on pump mechanisms if residue builds internally over extended use.
At present, we do not manufacture or hold individual spare pump parts separately, which is why we were unable to offer a replacement component on this occasion. We absolutely understand this may feel frustrating and appreciate your comments regarding sustainability and longevity.
We do want to reassure you that issues of this nature are extremely uncommon for us, however we do appreciate that does not lessen your own experience with the product.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Navy Professional. I purchased six e-file machines in 2024, and every single unit developed faults. These are marketed as professional-grade tools, yet they failed at a rate that is completely unreasonable for a working salon environment.
What’s worse is the lack of accountability. After providing clear evidence of ongoing issues, the response and resolution process has been slow, dismissive, and far below the standard expected under Australian Consumer Law.
This has not only been a financial loss, but also a disruption to daily operations. For a premium-priced brand, both the product quality and after-sales support are severely lacking.
I would strongly caution any professional against investing in these machines. They are cheaply made and the customer service is beyond hopeless. I’m putting in a complaint against this business with ASIC to hopefully have some rectification.

We have been in contact with you and have reviewed the videos you provided.
Based on what we have seen, and following a full review by our production team, the issues shown appear to relate to replacement parts not being fitted as advised and, in at least one case, damage consistent with incorrect reassembly or third party unauthorised repairs, rather than a manufacturing fault.
The footage also does not clearly demonstrate which machine is being shown, which has limited our team’s ability to assess each reported issue accurately.
Of the six machines mentioned, four are outside of their warranty period. Despite this, we have continued to offer support and have supplied replacement parts in good faith where possible.
As requested, we have not received any of the machines back for inspection.
Without being able to examine the units directly, there is a limit to what we can reasonably diagnose or repair, particularly where multiple machines and differing faults are reportedly present.
We do not recognise that no support has been provided. We have responded, reviewed the information shared, and taken steps to assist. However, resolving this requires cooperation, including fitting the supplied parts or returning units for proper assessment.
We remain willing to work towards a resolution and would encourage you to respond to our most recent email so we can move this forward constructively.

Beautiful products. I purchased the cuticle balm again as the smell and texture of this product is gorgeous also comes in lovely packaging. I have also used the cuticle oil and nail strengthening product and again love how these work and ease of use. My nails and cuticles are improved for using these products.

I'm new to the Navy brand
I'm new to the Navy brand. I've recently moved to a new nail tech who uses this brand. My nails have greatly improved and are now long and strong. I've purchased the cuticle balm and really love it as my cuticles are no longer dry and ragged.
