Not a great experience
Was given the MINI ESSENTIALS MANICURE BUNDLE as a gift. The cuticle pen broke the first time I tried to use it and then leaked everywhere and then the lid of the cuticle balm somehow managed to come off and I was just left with an oily mess. Contacted customer services who went back and forth asking for videos etc which I diligently provided and then refused to do anything as I didn't have a receipt or order number - despite me being clear from the start it was a gift. No response to my last reply trying to provide further information.

Just the best
Adore the smell of all these products. Wouldn’t be without the cuticle balm that just melts into the skin and the hand moisturising oil smells amazing and is not greasy at all. Would definitely recommend

I Amazing cream
I have been extremely pleased with this nail cream I had for Christmas. My nails have strengthened amazingly and I must admit the Arthritis on my fingers and swelling has gone down . Thank you

LOVE Navy products
I have loved the Navy cuticle balm for years, so when I saw they had brought out a hand balm version (and then that there was a hand cream + cuticle oil in the same scent) I was SOLD. The smell is honestly like nothing else, and the quality is there to match. Everything was delivered quickly and packaged beautifully, I was also really touched that they had included some free little bits and samples in my order, needless to say, I loved it all and will be returning forever. I need the candle next :-)

Impressed!
Despite my best efforts and spending a small fortune on a variety of products, my cuticles remained unattractively dry and the skin around my nails dry and rough.
Having been really impressed with the Navy Hand Balm and Cuticle Remover I purchased the Cuticle Serum and Cuticle Balm and with daily use noticed a massive improvement almost immediately.

Really helping my nails
Really helping my nails. They were in a bad condition due to illness the ravages of winter & outdoor activities. I called into a very helpful cosmetics shop in Malton and they recommended your nail products and I am so glad they did. I bought the nail cuticle balm & the cuticle pen & was so impressed that I then ordered more items directly from you. Great quick service and my nails are showing a great improvement in only a week 😊
One question for you I purchased the Mini Essentials Bundle with the Grow treatment. Do I remove it after a few days or leave it on for longer.

Amazing company and products
I have just received my second order from NavyProfessional. Their personal touch was wonderful. I received a lovely personalised note, as when I placed my order, I added a note. I didn't expect anything to come of the note. I was so surprised to get a message and lots of little treats to try.

I am sorry to hear that the Base treatment has not worked as you had hoped, particularly when you were using it to address peeling. Peeling can be complex and is often linked to dehydration, repeated wet work or previous product removal, so it can take some time and consistency to see improvement.
The Base treatment is designed to support structure and protection while the nail grows through, but it does need correct preparation and steady reapplication to perform as intended. We would be very happy to understand how you have been using it and talk through your current nail condition so we can advise properly.
I am pleased to hear the oil pen has been working well for you. Daily oil application is often the most important step in managing peeling, as maintaining flexibility in the nail plate helps reduce further splitting.

Positively Influenced
Well, I was influenced into purchasing some products by Lydia Millen and I am happy to report I am very glad I was. The cuticle cream and serum pen are wonderful, with a gorgeous scent and after two weeks of use I have noticed their effectiveness. I also ordered the set of nail files/buffer. My nails have never been so smooth and shiny without polish. All delivered quickly and presented beautifully. Will be re-purchasing and recommending.
