Not the best first experience
Not the best first experience, ordered talc, bath goo and hand sanitiser, received the sanitiser after two weeks wait and had to email for the other two items, talc was nice but bath stuff a bit overpriced and smelled a bit mouldy somehow.

Although pricey
Although pricey, I look for the bargains! The product I'm reviewing is Wild Rose Beauty Balm. Only discovered this yesterday & it's made such an impact. It smells absolutely beautiful, it really does. Couples as a cleanser, moisturiser & overnight mask. I'm 73 with the 'usual problems' of dryness, loss of brightness for complexion. Vertical upper lip lines, sagging jowls & crow's feet around eyes to name a few! I now use this in conjunction with Frankincense intense lift cream/serum twice daily. I also use Frankincense intense lift eye cream. Ok, my 'problems' are still evident but now not so noticibly so. They've softened especially the skin on upper lip. I'll continue to find bargains as for me, the only drawback are the prices. Beautiful heavy 'Bristol Blue glass' jars. All the packaging is lovely. Recommended.

Gillingham store Dorset
The lady who served me at the Gillingham shop in Dorset was very knowledgable and helpful when it came to my purchases. Although I sometimes buy from Neals Yard online nothing beats the experience of going into the shop, being enveloped by the wonderful aroma and speaking to people about your requirements. The service in there is always friendly and welcoming.

Ethics and Ethos
It’s so difficult: trying to maintain ethical standards, while balancing a budget and maximising personal wellbeing. I have used NY products for many years, but not the fragrances; I have used a different company’s fragrance - one for which I have received many compliments over time. Recently, I found out that the company whose perfume I had been using has connections with companies/individuals for whom I have learnt have ethics very different from my own. This recent multiple purchase included the new ‘Rubor’ fragrance … beautiful, natural, ethical! Thank you, Neal’s Yard … please do not surrender your founding ethos and values!
