Ethics and Ethos
It’s so difficult: trying to maintain ethical standards, while balancing a budget and maximising personal wellbeing. I have used NY products for many years, but not the fragrances; I have used a different company’s fragrance - one for which I have received many compliments over time. Recently, I found out that the company whose perfume I had been using has connections with companies/individuals for whom I have learnt have ethics very different from my own. This recent multiple purchase included the new ‘Rubor’ fragrance … beautiful, natural, ethical! Thank you, Neal’s Yard … please do not surrender your founding ethos and values!

Easy to find the items I wanted
Easy to find the items I wanted and at a great price thanks to a discount incentive and loyalty points. The delivery from Evri was also fine, although I hope NYR change their delivery policy soon and allow Evri to use pre-arranged safe places

Neals Yard my first stop go-to
Neals Yard is essential for lots of things - mostly face and hands for me, but in the past it has also been body and bath products. The Frankincense range is wonderful, and I just wish there was a body cream in the range (there used to be but sadly no longer.) Willing to pay the price, only a tiny amount each day is needed; just as well, as the source of the best frankincense is in one of the most dangerous parts of the world!

Salisbury Store visit
I visited the store in Salisbury and was welcomed, supported and guided well during my visit. The assistant was knowledgeable, friendly and introduced us to some new products. I was very happy with my purchases and the spend and save deal on offer was excellent. The products I am using (day cream/ night cream) are super and the gifts I bought for others were wrapped beautifully for me. Excellent customer service and buying experience.
