Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.
We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

I love visiting. There is always a warm welcome at the Mickle Trafford store, and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, as well as very knowledgeable. The store is tranquil and calm and lovely to browse around. In essence a wonderful experience, with a wonderful team of people to help make the experience a very pleasant one.

Lee and Craig were very helpful. They let us know the night before of a delay the next day, as to not waste out time. Arrived when they said they would. Great customer service. Both very helpful and pleasant.

Lovely experience
Lovely experience when you enter the store friendly staff who are happy to help Furniture displays are extremely well displayed, plenty of ranges to choose from and our furniture arrived quickly we where kept well informed of the delivery date and the delivery team where excellent too

Superb staff relations with customers, very helpful advice, attractive store layout, quality products throughout.
A memorable shopping experience since discovering Neptune, both shopping in-store and in ordering a new kitchen from them with clear plans and advice.
In addition, excellent delivery staff who did everything to 100% satisfaction.
