hier ist eine warnung zu oculus da ständig die pc software ein update veröffentlicht wird und ich immer das problem habe das die app nicht richtig funktiomiert und die meta betreiber keinerlei hilfe anbieten und jeder auf sich selbst gestellt ist und sich selber helfen muss kauft eu keine meta rift oder quest da die alle nur betrüger sind und nur geld machen wollen aber keinerlei support bieten kauft euch lieber eine valve index auch wenn die teurer ist lohnt es sich da steam viel besser ist und wirklich ein hilfe support bietet ist man da besser aufgehoben deshalb besser keine meta quest oder rift und da meta das virtuelle home abgeschaft hat und mit einem downgrade ging es bisher immer aber das downgrade funktioniert auch nicht mehr das haben die leider gesperrt und durch das downgrade ging das home immernoch man musste nur von den alten daten von meta ein backup gemacht haben damit es funktioniert und eie ganz bestimmte installations reihenfolge verfolgen aber das geht leider nicht mehr und ich lösche diesen bericht erst dann wenn das alte oculus home wieder zurück kommt

Последним обновлении meta quest 3 s всё испортили теперь невозможно закрыть открытые вкладки всё реализовано наихудшим способом вот раньше был куда более понятный интерфейс и баги тоже присутствуют из-за которых даже невозможно войти в аккаунт при запуске гарнитуры

Hardware problems and no real help

I bought an oculus headset expecting a smooth VR experience, but it quickly turned into a headache. The controllers started acting up after a while even though I took good care of them. Trying to get help didn’t make things better. Support replies were slow and mostly generic instructions that didn’t solve anything. For such an expensive device, the reliability and support should be much better

Iv oh the first oculus quest one two oculus quest two and now I have the oculus quest 3S the only reason I have the oculus quest three is because I’ve invested so much money in the games and now I can’t go to another platform or another headset without losing all the money that I feel Meta quest has stolen off of me my Meta quest two headset just got a black screen for no reason at all no roughness or anything I just went to play it one day and I had a black screen for months I battled with Customer Support with no avail nothing fixed and now I have the quest three and I just assume throw it in the garbage the place that builds these and sells them should be prosecuted. Don’t waste your money on an oculus quest go with another headset any other headset not the oculus quest garbage

Worst Customer Service

Disappointed with Meta/Oculus support. When issues arise, there’s no real engagement—just automated responses and links to generic help pages. No reasoning, no empathy, and no effort to actually resolve the problem. Feels like they just want you to go away rather than help. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Quest 3 battery issues, warrenty not honoured

I bought a quest 3 whilst in America as it was my sons birthday while we were visiting family over there, we live in the UK and returned shortly after. Within the year my son starting having a lot of battery issues with the quest, battery not charging or charging downwards when on charge, not holding charge, not charging to 100%. It was in warrenty so I spoke to oculous support and they said they wouldn't honour the warrenty as the quest was not in the same country it was purchased from. And just said 'sorry, but we will offer you £25 store credit as a gesture of good will'. Scam of a company.

Jeg har intet som helst bestilt

Jeg har intet som helst bestilt, købt eller modtaget. Alligevel trækker de godt og vel 2.000 DKR på min konto via mit kort, som jeg ikke aner hvordan skulle være kommet til andres kendskab. Jeg har selvfølgelig. gjort indsigelse via mit pengeinstitut.

a fuir, inutilisable sur la plateforme PC et trop peu de jeux dessus

Le casque développe tout son potentiel connecter à un pc, car la puce interne n'est pas asser puissance pour profiter pleinement de la résolution. Ce n'est pas un soucis mais la connexion à un pc est indispensable pour une expérience optimal et un choix de jeux grandement accru.

Voulant l'utiliser que sur pc, le Quest link ne fonctionne pas du tout. Beaucoup de jeux ne sont pas compatible et son injouable (seul de très rare cas fonctionne, et c'est bien sûr des petits jeux sans intérêt ^^). N'espérez pas jouer à votre bibliothèque de jeux pc avec ce casque...

Il y a Steam link qui fonctionne mieux, mais pas longtemps. après ça pixelise, ça rame, ça donne mal un mal de tête et c'est suivi d'un rangement de l'appareil...

On a beau avoir la fibre, un pc de la Nasa et tout ce qui s'en suit, on est bridé par les bug et l'ergonomie pourri du Quest 3 qui oblige à le redémarrer en boucle pour espérer lancer un jeu... J'ai perdu plus de 700€ dans un appareil obsolète dès sa sorti. J'attend donc avec impatience la sorti du casque de Valve afin de revendre mon appareil et choisir un produit dont j'ai confiance en l'équipe de développement.

You can have your headset for almost a year, out of nowhere they will want you to identify or verify your identity. You will need to give them a picture of your drivers license, your birthday, personal information, and you will also need to give them your debit card number so they can put a dollar charge on it to make sure you are who you say you are. If that process messes up at all, the only way to get a hold of customer service is through email. They barely reply and when they do, they don’t help at all. They want you to verify your identity, because they steal your data. They want to make sure no one under 13 is using it because it’s against the law to steal any child under 13’s identity. Instead of just not stealing your identity and data, they put you through all that so they can make sure they’re stealing it legally. Shady company.

Don’t buy this headset unless you want a headache

Stopped using the headset for a long time before trying to use it again months later. Forced me to go through a horribly designed process to convert my Facebook to a meta account where it took me 20 minutes just to log in… then the website told me my profile was “deleted,” even though I never did, and I was forced to factory reset the headset and create a new account.

Øv, jeg er ked af, at Meta software er så elendig. Selv indlogning på meta virker ikke, opsætning af kabel virker ikke, ikke engang cookies på meta.com virker. Det virker billigt, skramlet - Hold jer langt væk

Honestly the worst support experience I…

Honestly the worst support experience I have ever encountered.

I can see why the VR department of Meta is tanking if my experience is common.

If your headset works and you never have to contact support you are lucky. Once you have to contact meta support it makes the experience with support a horrible time.

5 days to respond to an email, then another.... and then another..... . Multiple different support members asking for the same info that has been provided.

Avoid a meta headset at all costs. Go with a pico 4. Headset is not as good, but dear god everything else has been smoother.

Your stress will be thankful.....

Been going on for months now,trying to return my faulty headset. Now they’re fobbing me off with “technical issues” and withholding my £200-despite having received my returned headset! Now I have to get a solicitor and they’ll be liable for more costs.

24/7 Crashes, you need tutorials to just boot it with your pc!!!!!!! dont get me started on the hardware problems, no sound, graphicbugs, and overall too complicated software (but more like in the not-making-any-sense way)

Wish could do this has zero star , one of your META oculus set on fire in my children’s room whilst on charge (correct) by the way , reported this for a replacement and genuinely felt I was going to get dealt with as all sound great on email , anyway I am
Still waiting for my replacement 4.2 weeks later and all my emails are being ignored , I’ve been sent return labels which I’ve clearly stated no collection or post office said they can accept , joke of a company , someone better get in touch

One thing you lean very quickly is that when you buy a meta quest you are in your own .. there is no help at hand if things go wrong , the so called experts who are supposed to be able to give you advice know less than you do .. the only way to get any advice is from normal people on YouTube…
