Wish I'd checked these reviews before buying. Constant hardware faults, controllers just develop faults out of nowhere even if you take really good care of them! Then they make it as difficult as possible to get real support or resolution. Won't be purchasing a Quest 3 that's for sure. Will have to look for alternatives because these have ruined the experience for me.

Meta Store Support is the worst

Meta Store Support is the worst. They will not give you a phone number to call so you can speak with a human and get the problem resolved in less than an hour. They insist on sending emails back and forth for months instead. They can not understand the issue we are having over emails and keep telling me everything is fine when I am telling them we can't log in or use the Oculus at all. We have been going around in circles for what seems like forever and they still refuse to give me a phone number to call to speak to someone live. If I knew how ridiculous it would be, I would not have gotten it. We have put a lot of money on the account that is frozen, and the gaming equipment has just been sitting there unusable for months. It's trash now.

Dan maar op zoek gaan naar een bedrijf die wel betrouwbaar, klantvriendelijk, en zeker niet in zee gaat met Facebook die ook corrupt is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! Avoid this defecent company at all costs! Utter dejection! Purchased a brand new quest 2, which was faulty and returned for a refund, however the incompetent online “sales reps” if that’s what you want to call them? I prefer incompetent pieces of….. would not refund the store credit to my bank account - despite having a faulty headset which the fault occurred upon its first use.

As mentioned in previous comments, these “pieces of……” have a way of turning a happy customer in to a very irate enemy!

Do yourself a favour, spend your hard earnt money with. Company who give you customer services as well as a great piece of tech, I can assure you now this is not the company. You would get more customer services from my hot steamy morning fat feaces!

Non-existent support and only trouble.

Hello,

I have been fighting for a working Quest 2 device for a year now.
Still didn't receive a properly working one after the original new one broke.

When the new device you bought must be replaced, you are getting a refurbished one, basically a used one that has been repaired and "checked".
Unfortunately the refurbished devices lack proper quality control, they can come in broken, scratched, dirty or completely not working.

I had few replacements already since Meta cannot provide me with anything other, every one of them had problems with displays.

The contact now is really troubled, they do not answer the e-mails, they just send a message once a while that they are still working on It.

I do not want anything more than a simple refund, I'd really want to finally come to an agreement and forget about this situation and this company.

They're a joke!

They gave me false promises to replace my broken headset, which is still under warranty, but they keep asking for serial code despite already been provided with it and just wasting my time.

oculus pire application

autant l'oculus sa passe même si sans que je ne sache pourquoi le micro ne fonctionne plus, mais le pire reste l'application oculus sur pc, impossible de se connecter en soutenant que mes identifiant sont incorrect alors que c'est les même absolument partout.
de plus impossible de se connecter d'une autre manière donc le casque devient inutilisable sur le pc.

pourquoi 1 etoile, j avais oculus DK1 ,DK2 rift et maintenant Rift S, j en suis satisfait de son utilisation, mais la partie logiciel est catastrophique, mise a jour de Oculus ils supprime votre bibiloteque , et remplace tous vos jeux obttenu gratuitement pas du payant ainsi une obligation de mise a jour de votre installation video.
Pire impossible aujourd hui de trouver unelement pour le Rift S , cable ou autre ..ensuite melanger facebook et votre casque pour faire plus profis je dis Stop !

Never buy from these people.

They will take your money, and 1 or 2 years later will brick your device so you have to buy a brand new one. I have probably spent, in total, 50 hours trying to fix my Rift S (and that's even when I got it brand new) because of the numerous bugs. Please get anything else, I will probably not be buying another device from these people, not even any product or service provided by them. Liars, cheats, and scammers. 0/10 for me, at least their support is nice when you finally get through a 3 story maze to find them.

The product itself is very good (quest 2), I am having a very good experience with my 2nd hand headset!

But the support is HORRIBLE: I had a problem with the A button that I'd fixed myself by buying a cheap conductive aliexpress patch for buttons and fix it myself. After a month of asking in the forum support (before fixing it myself) I'd received a stupid useless mechanical answer from support). Conclusion: If you've a problem, prepare to fix it yourself if you're out of warranty or you're screwed!

Order cancelled, no support

The other reviewers here were unlucky that they got to purchase something before finding out how terrible Meta's support is. I preordered Meta Quest 3, but my preorder got cancelled the day before release without an explanation. Two days later Meta has yet to give an explanation or solve the issue after contacting their support through their website as well as whatsapp. I have since learned what terrible company Meta is and I'm kind of happy my order got cancelled so I can go elsewhere.

Terrible Product!

I purchased the Meta Quest 2 BRAND NEW when my old Oculus Quest 1 device started failing, Not even 1 Month after purchasing the 256GB at £399 the Left controller started having issues with Stick Drift, so I did the lazy thing & looked up a fix on YouTube to be met with DOZENS of videos on how to fix stick drift. That's all these videos are a QUICKFIX. Why do we as consumers give huge BILLION Dollar companies a pass for making shoddy products & charging us high prices for the privilege to play their half-*ssed devices? Meta have also made it ridiculously hard to return a defective item. I was originally going to get a Quest 3 but not anymore they have lost me as a consumer I have so little faith in the brand, why should we be paying to send off defective, bad quality goods?

I have insurance and Warrenty and I am now almost 3 weeks down the line of trying to get a repair. Constant back and forth emails asking for info after info and still haven't given me info to send the product back for repair. Terrible company.

Worst Product Ever Purchased

this is the single worst purchase I have ever made in my life, and it was $400 at the time of purchase, the link constantly quits on it's own and vr will randomly stop, the connection is poor at best, the quality is bad, and the plastic pieces that hold the straps together are fragile and will break the first time you pick it up. Do not ever buy a meta quest, ever, just save yourself hassle and money and buy the Vive

STELEN JE GELD! Op de site zeggen ze bij bepaalde spellen gratis en klik je op downloaden en dus niet op kopen. Vervolgens houden ze het via automatische paypal betaling in van je rekening. Er staat zelfs in bestellingen overzicht gratis winkeltegoed!!!!! Maar ze hebben het geld geincasseerd, bizar! Mijn zoon zegt kijk er staat gratis winkeltegoed en geen kopen maar downloaden ondertussen in 2 weken tijd bijna 500 euro lichter! Paypa onbereikbaar en Oculus ook!
Mensen , doe nooit iets hier , download NIETS want je rekening wordt leeggetrokken en Paypal claim automatische reactie het is geautoriseerd dus je krijgt geen geld terug
