The Oltco Devon team of Scott, Cam, Declan and Harvey recently completed widening and re-laying our drive. It included a lot of preparatory groundwork before the resin layer was added, that was done efficiently and tidily and care was taken to minimise disruption to us and our neighbours. From our first meeting with Scott to the completion of the work we were very impressed by the team whose attention to detail deserves special mention. The new drive has completely transformed the front of our house, enabled us to park our cars side by side and made access to the front door much easier. The team worked very hard and finished exactly on schedule. They were a pleasure to deal with and we would recommend anyone who is planning to have their drive re-laid to contact Oltco. Several of our neighbours said how impressed they were by the team’s hard work and on the quality of our new drive. Some asked for Oltco’s contact details at the time.

From the initial contact with Oltco, Jon has always been polite, courteous and knowledgeable. His experience ensured that the drive renewal went without any problems. The completed drive displays his teams competence perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent service and the driveway looks great.

Professional and transparent. I’m a single female who is anxious of being scammed.
Phil who is the manager of my area was professional and communicated at all times.
Shawn the grounds labour. Totally hard working and got on with the job. Hard working and totally trustworthy.
I would recommend this company to anyone. The work Shawn has done is excellent and a lovely gentleman as well.

Excellent workmanship carried out in the

We had our court yard and driveway done by Oltco a couple of weeks ago and we can’t recommend them highly enough. They turned up when they said they would did a fantastic job, cleared away any mess and it looks amazing. The two guys doing the job worked very hard they were extremely polite and professional. If you need to have some resin laid contact Kris at Oltco.

Cannot rate this company and the work they have done on my driveway highly enough. The staff worked extremely hard and were polite and efficient the whole time they were here working. Thank you Altco and the entire team.

A most excellent job by Oltco South Central ! Rob Wilson and Warren Mcallister have both been brilliant, helpful and professional. We are very pleased with the end result, it looks amazing!
Yes there was the odd issue that arose along the way but both Rob and Warren moved quickly and efficiently to resolve said issues.
We are very pleased with our resin patio. Oltco South Central have been fabulous and I am more than happy to thoroughly recommend them. Their work was of the highest quality.

Our project was a bit different as it is a ceramic tiled balcony however the information we got was positive and queries were answered straight away. The office team of Carys and Steve were very helpful throughout the initial process. The install team of Wayne and Arnie were fantastic, at all times friendly but professional. The end result was amazing and we are very happy and would highly recommend this company.

We have had our patio and driveway laid to resin with a year gap between the two, this was to determine how good it’s usability and how effective it’s draining qualities were. Both were excellent hence why we decided to go for the driveway as well.
We was very impressed with the skill and professionalism of Liam’s team, with an attitude of going that extra mile to meet our requirements. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.
Gary

The finish is absolutely fantastic- professional and friendly workman Eric and Jack and estimater Liam here close to Colchester Essex.

Prompt and reliable - we could not ask for more and have no hestition in recommending them

Very impressed with the standard of professionalism by Oltco Bournemouth from the initial survey report and the team who carried out the install. Our thanks to Warren who was able to overcome a number of logistical problems and get our project back on target. We highly recommend Oltco. We are so very happy with the end result.

Great from start to finish, as ever going above and beyond. Inder, Bobby and the boys have now completed 3 driveways for our family and one for our neighbour, everyone is really happy with their work. All have been completed quickly, efficiently and neatly.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service from the first call to completion, would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Oltco! A friendly and professional team, who carried out work efficiently and to a highly quality finish. The driveway looks great!

Nice finish to drive, if you use this company check the surround stones they use are genuine bricks that keep their colour. We only had it done recently.
Our work cost £ 21.000 and the surround stones are now almost white and don’t match the red colour we chose from the samples we were shown.
Incredibly disappointing actually. Also check they complete the work with the same colour. We are having to get them back as a small part of the drive was finished with a slightly different colour.
In summary they are a good hard working team who do a good job, if you use them and they are a good company just check they complete the work with the same materials and also ensure the surrounding brick work isn't look white on completion. Ours look like breeze blocks that were dyed to match the drive.
The company have promised to rectify the different colour to a small part of the drive.

From initial enquiry through to install and after care Oltco were superb. Great service.

Our patio 'glow up' was transformational - from the initial consultation to the installation it was seamless. The team of installers were exceptionally efficient and nothing was too much trouble (even to the care and attention they gave to my harebrained desire for the inclusion of some small shells into the mix) I cannot recommend Oltco highly enough.

Be very careful using this company as we feel completely ripped off. This is why. We have an existing drive and at the survey they included for removing and replacing the hardcore sub-base. I queried this and they explained if the sub-base was ok (as determined by their ground worker at the time of the installation) they would reduce the cost at completion. The existing sub-base was fine. So we were offered £430 (materials & labour) as there was no excavation of the sub-base and no new hardcore laid. The area of the drive is 29 square metres. The labour element deduction was £166 which we felt was totally unacceptable. They threatened lawyer action and despite a complaint to the directors of the JX3 Group Ltd they weren’t prepared to deduct a more reasonable cost. If this is their business model in conning customers out of money then so be it.
Finally, throughout the process the communication with the representative of this company has been poor. We have had to constantly chase for updates and then little notice was given when the various stages of work were to take place. For example, no notice was given when the materials arrived!!
Although the product is good we would not recommend this company.
