I like and Respect that I always get exactly what I pay for.
My experience with online metals has been exemplary. I live at the end of the world up here in Northern Maine. There are no high quality supplies within a hundred miles. Online metals is my go to for aircraft grade aluminum alloys and any brass stock needs.

I picked up my order. The warehouse wasn't well marked where to pick up and the 2 employees who greeted me didn't seem to understand any sort of system for an online order pickup. I didn't need to sign anything, or verify proof that I had purchased. Seems like they need a system to follow for online order pickups. Honestly, if I told them I was there to pick up all the online orders and looked at the metal and told them halfway what kind of product it was they would have let me take it. Besides that, product is what I ordered and received.

The cardboard pakaging was excellent. However, Last time I ordered aluminum it was coated with a plastic film on both sides to keep from scratching.

This time NO film. Please resume the protective film.

The custom cutting size is accurate enough for my use. The delivery is prompt.

Easy to order and my order was delivered in a timely manner.

Somebody in Seattle was able to bypass the website's shipping default so I could pick it up same day at Portland Will Call.

First time ordering on line - was pretty easy to navigate
the web site. will be back when another reason comes my way.

I needed more material and wanted to pick it up at will call. I used the chat to get help for my purchase. She was able to place the order for me and I was able to pick up the material at will call in one day.

LOST ONE PIECE IN SHIPPING DUE TO UPS MISHANDLING. THE CARTON END WAS DAMAGED AND RETAPED, AFTER LOOSING THE PART.
SUGGESTION: POSSIBLY INSERT EXTRA PACKING PAPER OR A 90 DEG ANGELED CARDBOARD INSERT ON THE INSIDE CORNERS FOR PACKAGING THAT MAY NEED IT. ALTHOUGH THE DOUBLE WALLED CARDBOARD CARTON WAS USED, IT JUST DIDN'T HOLD UP IN THIS INSTANCE.
