I ordered some aluminum sheet at 10 pm in the evening. I received an email at 3 am the next morning informing me the order was complete. I picked it up the next day. It took about 5 minutes to get the order. Outstanding job, Online Metals!

Price was ok, the way you figure shipping costs is kind of strange. The pipe was not packaged correctly, edges were bent inward a little, Luckly it does not matter for this job or I would have given it 2 stars.

So on 9-10 I did get my delivery as quoted by Online Metals. Until this review I did not get any response or written information. I think the product I ordered is hard to find and only supplied by Online Metals . This will not happen for all other metal products they sell . This is what customers should know. Time is money!!
I do not know what is wrong, but I cannot get any 4130 1-inch-thick steel alloy. Has been 3 weeks and still not shipped. I have been told wrong things and am getting a direct shipment whatever that is. Customer support is nice, but I should have been told they did not have any steel in the first place when I placed my order. There web site says fast delivery, I would not believe it. The company could send me updates or information about my order by e-mail, but I have not received any at all. Will update my review if I can later.

The metal was in cardboard that was completely destroyed and fell out of it and put a gash in my hardwood floor I wish you could package this metal better where it isn't falling out and damaging things. the metal is always very good though

Awesome service, quick shipment, and great pricing. The website is super easy to navigate for metals. I can get the amount I need without a minimum purchase requirement. Have not had any issues with damage during shipment.

Lack of communication between departments delayed the delivery somewhat. However, one of your employees in the credit department went above and beyond to expedite the process and speed up delivery.

No criticism on the service or product here. It was nice to find the metal I wanted in the dimensions I needed. Shipping seemed somewhat outrageous, but I do live in Alaska so I’m used to it.
