Adam was very helpful and informative with guiding me buy my first gun

I came into the onlyairsoft shop on saturday, the experience was great, got to try out the gun to see if it suited what I was looking for. Owen was very helpful and informative of everything available to buy. If you are looking to get into airsoft I highly recommended coming here.

Great service from Adam today he really knows his stuff and was massively helpful for my son who had tons of questions he answered them all with plenty of enthusiasm. We had a demo of the gun he wanted, fully explained what to do and how to look after his weapon and accessories. I would highly recommend this shop.

Owen spent a lot of time helping us choose the guns, very polite and approach. The staff is very polite and dedicated. These people know what they’re doing.

The team there are absolute legends
They are approachable and apend alot of time explaining things to customers whether they are new to airsoft or not. Amazing customer service, no rushing to serve the next customer, nothing but care and attention everytime i visit

Came in today to get some batteries for my new toy. Toby and Mircea were very informative and helpful.

Love coming into this shop, the staff are always friendly and the are very knowledgable.
They have a massive selection on the walls for you to look at and they have a test range too!

Excellent customer service with a divers range of specialised knowledge. Jason is particularly knowledgeable about moscarts. The hound is also a great addition.
