Came in looking for a battery charger and the guys in the shop were as helpful as always. Parker and Adam had more than enough knowledge to help me make the correct purchase decision! Could not recommend this shop enough :)

Great shop, every time I come in everybody is so friendly. Never been treated badly. Always willing to take the time to stop and explain things if not understood. Love popping in just for a chat aswell and still welcomed.

hi i went to shop with a list of rifles and the salesman (adam) was very knowledgeadle he helped and advised me a lot hence on hes advise i brought various items thanks again adam i will be back for more kit

I've just been to the Snetterton store regarding a faulty weapon which I required warranty work.
I've just been told that it is no longer under warranty and thus I will be paying for the part and work.
I was told to bring the rifle in for a tech and due to moving house and a break up I hadn't been able until now.
When I started this process it was well within warranty. I am disgusted at the fact that I started this process months ago only to be told that I will have to pay despite it being under warranty when the issue was reported.
If it is miscommunication then I suggest Only Airsoft as an organisation have a very hard look at their inter colleague communication as it has lost one local customer.

Purchased a gun from onlyairsoft back in 2021 September, I bought this on a Friday, I had want to test it and the staff of the store didn't even know how to put the battery in, in the end, it worked for 5 minutes but they said it's because they didn't have the right magazine for it. From the limited use, I trusted that the staff that this gun would be the one for me and purchased it.
Later used it on the Sunday considering this to work, which after 5 minutes of use, was having power issues. I called onlyairsoft on the Monday to say this was faulty and I was looking for a refund, which they said they'd look into it.

After a few weeks, they had called saying the wires had come out and it would've been my fault. Which I had said (of course, it's their word against mine) that from the shop to the site, it hadn't come out of the case. I had been told to get in touch with Edward, the boss of onlyairsoft. I emailed him the situation and I had next to no communication, I had called up to 6 times over the next few months with no response.

I finally got a call on 18th January 2022 claiming that they've called and could never get a hold of the number provided, at this point, they had my mobile from the many conversations I had. Lack of communication all around.

Was told there was no chance of a refund because it wasn't faulty and they've been waiting for me to pick it up for months, even though no one had got in touch with me... As per the paperwork, if they waited another 2 months, they keep it for themselves.

Looking at the paperwork, there was a FAULTY spring, which would've been put in by the manufacturer meaning that the gun was FAULTY and I would've been entitled to a refund, but after being lied to on more than one occasion over many months, I cannot be bothered to even discuss it with this company.
I would not recommend them for purchasing, go with another brand that actually tries to deal with issues rather than ignores them for months on end.

I placed a order with them yesterday for a Modify SS 6.03 barrel for Tokyo Marui Mk23. Turned up the following day early in the morning, will certainly be using them again

Second purchase with them and so far so good. No problem with the guns whatsoever, I would definitely recommend them on that.

Online chat: has always been really good too, nothing to complain about, I'm new to airsoft and they've always been patient and helpful.

Friendliness: I've been served by two different chaps, both very friendly, I always wanna visit the shop for a purchase, Parker one of the friendliest (and Jay I think) make your experience very nice. Although I do understand some may have had a different experience, I mean, you can't expect everyone to have the same personalities, but they're all great blokes.

So the 4 of July, I ordered a Ares Amoeba M4/M16 10 pack. After a month, I decided to contact them via their online chat service. I ask them if my order was sent(I would like to add that I live outside of the uk) they told me because I live outside of the uk, I couldn't get a tracking number. I then waited 2 weeks before I contacted them again. I then called them and they said that they will call me again with some info, they never called...

Absolutely incredibly shop with really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Massive shout out to Jay for his help and advice, for any queries regarding snipers he’s the man. Would 6/5 this if I could. Thanks guys 🙏
