Extremely poor after-sale support
Can't fault them for in-shop sales experience: enthusiastic staff, knowledgeable, amiable, they let us try the guns before buying. However, the following day the gun developed a fault. When this was brought in the shop they were unable to diagnose it in order to establish if it's a warranty issue or user abuse. They sent it elsewhere and it took them the better part of a month to find out, fix it and let me know. When I tried to chase them I was referred to Facebook... When the gun arrived in shop repaired under warranty I was not able to get a refund. The shop floor staff were unable to do anything other than simply give me my fixed gun back, gun which I did not want any longer as I wanted something more reliable elsewhere as I had enough waiting. Eventually after persuading them to get in touch with a manager managed to get an exchange but at a much higher price than elsewhere. I wrote a complaint email to them but this was utterly ignored. Terrible experience overall. Will never buy again from them.

First time buyer and they couldn’t be more helpful, great price and great team. I dealt with joe and he even let me shoot the guns before buying! Deffo recommend

Excellent company
Excellent company. Having had a bad experience with another airsoft supplier, I found these guys. Online chat function that was really useful. Very quick delivery and great prices. They only sell quality guns too. Will be using these guys in future
