Few months ago ordered gold standard protein milk chocolate flavour. Box was damaged and lost my free protein bars but that's fine. After few weeks of investigation they offered some discount for next purchase which never take place. The bad thing is the taste is not nice and I have reflux after drinking it. I was trying to leave review on their site where there is 1600+ and it's 5 stars average. Only few 4 stars. Haven't seen any less. I wrote review with 2 stars but unfortunately they didn't published. They just deleted. They only show good things and hide the bad ones.

The currie company they use have failed to deliver my order for over a week, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, have been nothing but polite but yet have had the phone put down on me several times, I have since bought the products ordered of a different manufacturer and dealing with Optimum Nutrition has been nothing but a waste of time and to date a waste of money, thankfully I have purchased via PayPal so a dispute has been raised through their support

Misleading website.

Homepage banner is offering the strength and size bulk for €79.99, but when attempting to make a purchase price jumps to €95.20.
I was really close to placing an order without noticing the price difference and probably plenty of other customers too. Some might have ordered and paid over €15 extra without knowing.

I contacted customer service via Facebook, it’s been over two weeks and I have yet to receive a response.

Optimum Nutrition manufactures the best sports supplements out there. I really like and find beneficial their mass gainers.

I bought Optimum Mass gainer, The powder leaves half of the cup as a foam and i cant swollow that so half of the powder is wasted each time. I contacted customer service with order number they refused to exchange they said to contact the retailer. The retailer says to contact manufacture just disappointed :(

Was ordering for long time. But last time are worst. Parcel disappeared. Customer service not answering. USELESS! Waist of money. Optimum Nutrition production in UK are FAKE!

Ordered from them for the 1st time. Expected to receive the package within 5 days. It has been nearly a month since ordering and nothing has come. The logistics company has lost the package in transit and Optimum Nutrition were opening an 'investigation' which would take 10 days. Still nothing back from them. I got in contact requesting a refund but they seem to be ignoring me now. What's the point in running an e-commerce business if this is the experience you're giving customers.

Update: ON continued to ignore my emails for a refund so had to go through my bank to raise a dispute. Thankfully Lloyds fronted the loss and paid directly into my account within 1 hour.

Excellent! I love ON. The only problem is that sometimes delivery can be slow, otherwise they're priced fairly and does the job over other brands

Have been a loyal customer for many years. Recently just had two products delivered. First product was glutamine powder, this one had the silver foil seal removed on the inside of the tub and had leaked all over the box and other product. I emailed customer services about this and my worry about how the product could be contaminated. Their response was that it’s normal for the seal to be off! Which is ridiculous because I have never experienced in the last 15years. No refund offered!

The second product was they gold standard whey. I had ordered a chocolate mint flavour, the label said chocolate mint however when I opened the tub up it was a white vanilla powder. Explained this to customer services and they only offered me a refund on this product. In order to get the refund I have to return the product first which isn’t straight forward because it needs to be in a box which I don’t have, need to spend more money to get my money back. The batch number also looks like it’s been tampered with.

The customer service has been so poor and disgraceful for a company of this size, would recommend never using them. I sure won’t be

I love ON products, especially Whey Gold Protein.

Bought the ON 50g protein shake from a local supplier on the UK, they are the biz, although watch out, when you shake the bottle it builds up a lot of pressure and the milk sprays everywhere when you open it, like a coke bottle but sticky milk.

Decided to go direct to on site, avoid using the ON site as they didn't package the purchase correctly and then after the bottles were damaged during transit, the courier left the package 50metres down the drive, clearly avoiding me rejecting the parcel.

Box was soaking and milk all the way up the drive, rang ON and emailed them, the customer service team are useless. Told them to collect the remaining damaged bottles and they refused. Offered by a credit note, what's a joke.

If you can, buy the product locally and watch out for the pressure spray when you open the bottle.

Be aware of their adds. They may be misleading. I receive an add about having an extrat product if I buy a big product. I didnt receive any of what they promised on their add. I tried to reach them on the chat nobody is replying, it's been almost 2 weeks. Andwhen they reply. They said that they know that it's their mistake but they wont send anything. Just like that.

I tried some flavors and I didn't like it, there are only two flavors that I liked (double rich chocolate i didn't like it so much) and (mocha capptchino) i like it

ON protein is by far the best protein i've tasted. Really good taste, with little sugar and the price is standard for such quality.

No complaints. Ordered milk chocolate and french vanilla whey powders. Got a 15% discount as well. Arrived within a week.
