Having purchased this product from amazon I was adviced to contact ON in regards to quality issues. Having done this they had no concerns and said I should deal with it with amazon! Even though they are the manufacturing company, I wasn't asked a batch number to make sure no one else has this issue. It could be a choking hazard! I was told to complain to amazon ( sending me in a loop) When I pointed this out I was blindly given another email address asking me to send complaints to that address with no supporting information about what this company was or why I should email them. Bringing this up they said it was the " parent company". Absolutely useless it's a different story if I was complaining about something trivia like the taste.

Used to he a reputable company but now use their products at your own risk.

Ordered the ON T-Shirt. This product has gone from a high quality cotton to an actual Fruit of the Loom T Shirt (based on the label) which, costs £1 RRP. The ON logo is of poor quality too. The ordering and delivery process was excellent but overall really shocked that ON have decided to reduce the quality of one their own products.

Use their Creatine Monohydrate and Serious Mass when bulking, great products that always deliver, never a problem with delivery or quality of products.

Would always recommend Optimum Nutrition to anyone interested in working out, they’re the best of the best.

Very happy with my recent online order. Purchase went very smoothly and I received my order in a reasonable amount of time, given the COVID situation. The product itself (Gold Standard whey protein) is excellent. I tried it for the first time and it was really good, if not the best I've had so far. Optimum Nutrition also gives good discounts. Highly recommended.

I can relate to some of the very positive reviews that I see. For more than a year, I was very happy with Serious Mass. Taste, mixability, and results. I recently moved to another corner of the world and found Serious Mass again. Not at all the same product inside the box (despite identical composition). "Serious Lumps" is how I call it now. Given the price, it is even more difficult to swallow. I would have given them 3 stars because I remember how pleased I once was with their quality. I am only giving them 2 stars now because they ignore mail messages --even if mine was simply pointing out the problem, not demanding a refund --more an explanation. The are losing a faithful, repeat customer.

ON customer service complete waste of time and useless. cant even reply back to my email. shouldn't be trading and i can't understand why people buy a brand where ON don't care about its customers.

Send me a bag that was split opened in middle and a worker thought it was ok to put tape on it and send it to me.

Replying back is very very very slow trying to get my refund is very hard I'm going around in circles since 16 January 2020 it's now 3rd of February

It's very stressful sending alot of emails with no answer and when they do replied you going nowhere.

I placed an order day before yesterday and it was rejected as card decline. So, contacted the customer services, the guy informed me to send an email to and then he will pass it on to the correct department to find out why it was rejected as I tried it couple of times.
He told me that someone will get in touch with me as well I requested him some offer codes due to the inconvenience, but no one is bothered as I think they have made enough money to not to be bothering. The fact is They are claiming to be world wide hence can't order by phone. Customer service is just to answer your call and do nothing why hiring people at customer service if I have to write them email. I don't won't to east my time writing an emails. I want a quick resolution there and then. So Opt Nutri have you got answer to my online review?

For anyone looking to hit the hym regularly, ON's protein is one of the best value:price wise. Great flavour, low sugar and a smooth shake for your troubles.

Nutze 100% Gold Standard Whey (Chocolate Hazelnut) und finde es OK. 1x - 2x pro Woche ist ok, aber nach dem Training ist mit der Shake zu süß.

Werde definitiv mehrere Sorten kosten, aber bis jetzt kann ich nur 3 Sterne verteilen.

Four stars because i love the cake bites but i can't stop eating them resulting in farts that can strip paint from walls.

All in all, Gold Standard is the best whey protein I've used in the last maybe ten years. I'm giving four stars, because I think it's a little over-priced.
