Wish I could give zero stars
Paid 24 hour delivery to have item delivered 2 days late.Returned and since the 1st of May waiting for my refund. I have contacted via live chat to be told refund not processed and will take another two days to investigate. Appauling company and service, reportable to the regulator.
If I could give zero dears, I would.

However, unforeseen circumstances affecting the carrier network can occasionally result in delivery delays. We clearly outline our returns processing policy on our website: We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, but we understand that there may be instances where you wish to return your purchase. We offer a 31-day return window and aim to process all returns within 10 working days of receipt. We prioritise transparency in our business practices, and this information is readily available prior to purchase to assist you in making an informed decision. Retailers are legally obligated to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Your order was received at our warehouse on 01/05, and the refund was processed today, 12/05, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. We are actively working to reduce the returns processing time, as we recognise that 10 working days is excessive. Breaking consumer rights act for refund
Had a jacket that has now been returned twice with a faulty zip with minimal wear within a few months of order. After the 2nd return I requested a refund, which they agreed to. Parcel was dispatched but then no communication. Chased them up and they are now saying that the jacket has been returned to the manufacturer for warranty assessment and they will connect me in 28 days.
The consumer rights act states that the shop is responsible for resolving the issue but the manufacturer. Still waiting for their reply!
[Edit after reply. The consumer rights act clearly states that you the retailer must resolve the issue NOT the manufacturer. By sending the jacket back to the manufacturer you are NOT adhering to the act. If this is not resolved in 7 days I will be taking this further. Order number OGB12565947]

30 days to six months: You must allow the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace the item before you can request a refund.
Six months or longer: You must allow the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace the item before you can request a partial refund, and the responsibility is on you to demonstrate that the product is faulty.

Awful service will never order again
Awful service will never order again. Ordered and paid online, 1-3 days delivery. After a week eith no delivery I chased them via their Chatbot - aplogised for the delay, said they would verify with dispatch and come back to me via email. Email arrived 24 hours later stating that I was now required to pay more for the postage due to a 'sudden' cost increase. Ridiculous service - demanded a full refund.

Fantastic level of Customer service after I was too quick in placing my order, not realising that my old address was used and the goods in theory being delivered to the wrong location.
Received an email first thing the following day to say that my email had been received and actioned accordingly. Great to see Customer communications are being monitored in a timely manner.

Great compass; Lousy fitting.
I am very pleased with the compass and it looks good fitted. But.. (1) The fitting template is very misleading. The prescribed hole is at least 4 mm too big and the screw hole positions did not match the bracket positions. (2) The very flimsy means of clamping the compass in position is totally inadequate.
Fortunately Heath Robinson could sort that out.

Ordered, out of stock, wasn’t told
Ordered 20th April, still hadn’t had a despatch notification 5 days later, so contacted them, for them to tell me that they are out of stock and they can only refund me. No notification or anything. Makes me wonder if they were hoping the order would be forgot about so they didn’t need to refund.

I got the explanation after chasing your support team myself. They are out of stock. The point is I waited 5 days, received nothing, and had to chase you myself. The product still shows as in stock on your website too for others to order.

Be wary with returns
Received a kelty sunshade , decided to test it out before 30 days was up. Two poles broken and slight marks on feet of poles. Looked very much to me like another customers return .To top it off an absolute pain in the bum trying to get refunded, as they claim to be unable to locate!

why use Amazon shipping/UPS
I was pleased with the quick delivery and products which I already have under a different brand name (23Litre water containers for a running Club). Less impress with the use of Amazon shipping/UPS for delivery. Ok items came and were delivered but items just left over rear gate, no attempt to knock or ring bell. It would have been more helpful to give details upfront if a physical handover was to happen or ability to change and give instructions. I was concerned on missing delivery so kept a look out the front and left a note will we were out for 1/2 hour which I need not have bothered with.
