Comfortable everyday trousers
I have a few pairs of the kiwi pro 11 trousers from craghoppers and find them very comfortable and true to size. They are just the right thickness and imo perfect for 3 seasons of the year, with just the right amount of stretch.

Have to chase for refunds
I made an error on ordering- return was easy and free. Will order again.
Update: returns were easy, but getting refunds for returned goods isn't. You have to chase, and they have said twice now that they're having technical difficulties. They have no such tech issues when taking payment, so I am now unlikely to use again.

Scarpa GTX shoes, comfortable and waterproof
Well priced set of shoes, order delivered pretty quickly with good tracking. This is probably my 4th or 5th set of these and they last a couple of years before relegated to gardening duties. Wear most days out and about, waterproof and comfortable fit.

Shockingly poor customer service
Shockingly poor customer service from this company. Ordered some Nordic Walking poles at £43 and paid £5.95 next day delivery. I got the poles, unpacked them and took them to my first ever NW class - it was then that I discovered they had been sent WITHOUT the hand straps. I came back from my class and sent an email to say "can you send me the missing straps?". Oh no came the reply, I'd have to send the poles back. I explained that I had used them so couldn't really return them. I asked if they could send me a replacement pair but no couldn't do that without returning them first - by this time it was only a few days before my next class. So asked if I order a new pair could they waive the postage as the original set were faulty - again the answer came back NO! So I place a whole new order (the price had increased to £47) and I had to pay postage of £3.95. So now I've paid £56 for the poles - really wished I'd gone to Mountain Warehouse like my fellow classmates!
