ordered the shoes 11 days ago
ordered the shoes 11 days ago, had to install a 3rd party app (stuffed with intrusive advertisements) to get shipping info, and I see the order is still "preparing shipment." 0/10 would not order again.

I bought a pair of there top of the range golf shoes costing nearly £150 and after 6 months the branding label that runs across the shoe is peeling away from the leather. After contacting them through customer service I was told, it's wear and tear! Wear and tear to me is leather crinkles and dirt, NOT a fundamental part of the shoe design! Terrible customer service. They've lost a customer!
