I lost Rs.2000 for a service not used, the getwoo app claims once deducted they will not refund and paytm was supposed remind me of the auto renewal 5 days before the deduction from my paytm account, but that was not the case.

Once I recharged my wallet, 2k straight way lost. and on reaching customer care of paytm, they asked me to contact the getwoo app service provider (which they conveniently evaded) .

Pathetic.

Poor, arrogant , no customer service. Free charge is much better. Indians as consumers have been taken for granted and paytm is no different . Typical baniya company . Will never grow

I added money to Paytm by credit card to send to a friend but money is added as a Paytm gift voucher. Now I cannot use this money anywhere else other than Paytm store. All this without even informing me where my money is going. They can slap banners all over their app when they need our personal information (KYC) but they cannot share this little detail with us when they change their policy? Even a simple notification would have sufficed, but nothing from their side. The money is now stuck in the voucher and is non transferable. These are the kind of shady practices that make such companies lose their customer base. I will never use Paytm in the future and would also like to urge other users to DO NOT USE THIS APP and NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

This website provides the best prices. If you're looking for best price for whatever you need, just check once & prices won't disappoint you. Though the discount is in the form of cashback, but it does not limit you from using that cashback on any platform. Cashback can be used for recharge, bill payment, paying third party with Paytm payment option and much more.

The only issue with this website is their sellers sometimes cancels order and sometimes does not deliver order on time. Always order anything before time you need it. Order cancellation/return is also an issue sometimes. I would say, best priced e-com website with less focus on service.

had very bad experience with paytm I am using last four years Paytm I booked ticket from Paytm Srinagar to Chandigarh return with travel insurance last week indigo flight call me for flights cancel information and give me some other options for travel other day then I write a message for paytm and write a simple msg ( my indigo flight cancel this is msg give by indigo) and they after yesterday's paytm cancel my ticket and say sorry we can't help u when I told the customer care and say this email sand by u sorry we can't help u it's very bad experience

Now, since demonetization took place in 2016, PayTM's role increased in the market like anything. From shopkeepers to businessmen, everyone was trying to avoid the unbearably long queues of ATMs, and before anyone realized PAYTM became a habit.

Highly recommend for allowing a user to do almost anything that he wants. Easy to use, and very very quick.

Just blocked my 12800/- and now when I try to use it. It shows that you can use only 25000 rs.

What the f** is going on, I have to wait more 20 days my amount is engaged I cannot do any thing.

Dear Sir,
I booked a train ticket for three person @ Rs1288.33/-* 3 and only got the refund for two persons still one person refund has not made. I am quite worry about your reply that all payment has made. In my credit card, only two refund has received. I really feel very bad to write you again and again. But your response is not good. I feel, it is an intentional fraud business started by PAYTM. Otherwise, I do not understand that two person refund have been made on 27 Feb 2017 and why one has not made??? It is big question mark???
Please refund my money. Otherwise < will simply register in online crime branch about this fraud.

Ripped me off of INR 500, in the name of recharging my DMRC metro Card. And the customer service is very unhelpful. Would never you their service or recommend it to anyone else..

THEY ARE JUST FRAUDS AS I PURCHASE A AQUASURE NANO PURIFIER FROM THEM BUT THEY DELIVER PARTIAL PRODUCT AS THE PRE FILTER BOWL SET IS MISSING IN IT.WHEN I COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SAME THEY DON'T RESPOND AND DIDN'T PROVIDE ME REFUND FOR THE MISSING PRODUCT..THIS IS RIDICULOUS SERVICE AS I RAISED A COMPLAIN ON 18TH APRIL AND TODAY IS 18TH MAY ..IT IS ALMOST A MONTH BUT THEY DIDN'T RESPOND AT ALL.FRAUDS JUST REFUND MY MONEY OF THE MISSING PRODUCT.

While I am a regular Paytm user, using it for various bill payments and cashless checkout at various places; I recently had a peek at the horrible side of Paytm- It's CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT IS NON EXISTANT. They have no toll free helpline, the paid ones accept only the calls from registered mobiles, calling from registered numbers drains one's time and even then the customer care representatives either hang up or divert you to a ' senior executive'...very rude behaviour by Paytm.

we are selling products on paytm but still they think we are foolish we need business so we can sell products any how but you are wrong we are not foolish, still last 3 months we are waiting for the revert from your side but still you are not solve our issue. you and the courier company delhivery miss our product and both have no ans sorry paytm have one ans mail us foolish guys. we want our money back.

Inspite no one has access to my account, the problem is that your site is not secured at all, and your facebook fanpage don't even bother whats going on facebook timeline, thiefs are taking the user id and passwords by commenting on your fb page openly by giving BS links and people like me are getting victims, Paytm is turning in to a fake site.

Paytm got me interested with their 100% cashback offer. Unfortunately or by intention all listed products for 100% cashback were out of stock. However they had very good deals with upto 70% cashback. Did variety of shopping. From landline phones to laptop bags. All were genuine except for Koutons shirts. They were fake. It is about a month I placed a return request. It is still pending. So while the site has good options, compare the prices with established online portals and then take the plunge.
