Worst customer care service ever I have faced.total time wasting.I have tried to call customer care no 01133776677 regarding my order issue and wait for the 30 min !!!. Their caset is ringing our call agents are busy !!!! I am giving 1 star because of here is no negative marking sysytem. I suggest to stay away from paytm.

I have no idea what this is, a site or subscription, I'm not sure. But they charged my credit card for something I did NOT purchase. Constumer service could not tell me what company they are but wanted my card number. Definitely not. Had to cancel my card and I doubt I'll ever receive a refund for the $45 they stole from me.

Very Bad experience ever faced... And it's just useless.... And there is no Hope to get my refund back... I'm suggesting to all the guys u should uninstall this application and those who are not go through with it kindly stay away.

Don't buy anything from paytm they cheated me I ordered Gionee x1 but when I open the box they send me a keypad mobile cost across 600 rupee .I also call to the customer care and send email .but my problem is not solved .they are not helpful they cheat so please don't buy anything from paytm.Order id 5917821530

Very bad service. I ordered a Timex analog wrist watch (T2P3836S) on 05 sept. Today i got the product delivered. I was shocked seeing the product. Its a local digital kid's watch,may be below 100 RS. What kind of service are you providing? I requested to return the product and it is showing as an amount of 500 will be deducted from the actual paid amount and nothing in my paytm wallet also. Need a quick resolution.

I felt cheated with bus booking by paytm. I was trying to avoid one travels which I experienced very bad, so i booked another bus service. But finally i got the same dirty bus i didn't want. My journey was terrible, never choose GHyundai bus for pune-udaipur trip.

one of the worst app i ever used in my life . mostly transaction have been failed and deduct the amount from wallet and return in 1 week. that is big issue for middle class family they also did not revert quick to people.

The paytm e_wallet is now become the worst one.Their service is disgusting,will not recommend.The honest customer are be fooled by paytm.com

i have had spoken to them for about an hour on more, but everytime either the call disconnects or i have cut becasue it keeps playing that u r on que for more than 15mins. i'm otherwise a very regular n frequent Paytm customer n recharge for more than 10-15000 monthly!! but their customer service sucks!

Hopeless, Customer Care does not respond at all without your order id. The issue was I didn't get my order ID. Passbook never shows complete details of transactions.

this is very highly worst communication and response from KYC customer care center .... from the last 1 week am getting calls from care centre as appointment was booked nd no one agent visited ....very worst nd time waste service .... everyday they are saying our agent may visit you but nobody came... every time details are asking ....this is really unbearable nd worst response to your customers

Poor customer care support while KYC of my Paytm number 9636894101. My AADHAR was linked with Unknown number and Paytm custome care not able to release it since I am following them with almost 5 tickets but no solution and long waiting time in replies. Worst customer care.
