Honestly, pretty disappointed.

I had high hopes for Penny as they came as a recommendation. But is heavily let down by poor communication, a lack of transparency and an unclear process.
The experience I had with them would not have been a negative should they have just communicated properly with me and actually told me what was going on. Reckless customer service.

Penny has been very helpful to our business (Sky High Staffing Limited) in paying our invoices on time. Penny is a game changer.

I was dubious about penny but absoutley 10/10 customer service from start to finish, We were let down by a client and raised an invoice with our other client at 11am and paid 3:30 into my bank the same day! Outstanding work from Mia, looking forward to the continued relationship.

Penny freedom are a great company to use, we use them on a weekly basis and it helps us with cashflow, i would highly reccomend using penny to any small business, our account is looked after by Lauren and she is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and she is always available to answer any questions or help with any issues we have.

Working with Mia was a great experience of Customer Service at it's best. Despite a difficult to contact client (because of holidays), Mia kept me upto date with the process. Will certainly use Penny again, if this is the standard of service I will receive each time.

I work with Lauren Pearce i must say service is fantastic. On days and weeks we have trouble with Payroll its takes less than 5 minutes for Lauren team to contact our clients and we get payment same day.

My experience with Hollie at penny finance was incredible.
We are a small electrical company that’s moved from mainly domestic work to commercial.
The issue being domestic work pays instantly ware as commercial work can take upwards of 90 days. This severely inhibits our cash flow but with the help of Penny finance we have been able to move forward. Easy to set up and the fees are liveable with.
Again, Hollie thank you so much for holding our hands and making this possible for us.

We have been using Penny for nearly 10 months now and love the friendly personal service that we get. Lauren Pearce is our go to, and a real credit to the Penny team.

My experience with penny is second to none! Mia helped me throughout the day and get the invoice finalised in the time I needed. Hassle free and lovely to speak to

attempted to charge me 10% on the invoice as a fee, couldn't get there insurance to play ball so declined to offer service. When I called to ask how they come to the conclusion of why some are charged 3% and others 10% (inc vat) they couldn't answer. They're insured against every pay out which creates ethicise questions to why they don't have a set fee for all.

I can see on other pages they have a lot of good reviews from sites that can be manipulated most good reviews are ones from individuals on new accounts with 1 review so wouldn't believe a word.

go to a bank who will take slightly longer but at least you know they have the money and won't rip you off.

Shocking experience, nothing made clear about the requirements for drawing from customers.

Was denied a drawing for the customer not having an online presence 🤷‍♂️

It's important to have good communication with a service used as a temporary cash flow strategy.

I had a good experience with Pennyfreedom ,
they are quick , easy and honest .
we factored a few invoices and so far the process was smooth.
The big factoring companies are less good than them

I will share my experience with this company which i can guarantee is legit and not fake. Firstly, the company does not have even a FAQ page explain what they are doing and how they can help you. You have to find out yourself during this experience you will face a customer support being rude to you like they do a favour to you while they get a fee for their service. As a web development company owner, i will suggest to this financial service to improve their website by adding information on what they offer, and how their system work and apart from that when someone is trying to adapt his business to reach more customers to your model, being rude and not helpful is not the solution.
