Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Perch & Parrow.
I bought a mirror from them which arrived smashed. I emailed them immediately and initially received a quick response asking for some details. Since then, however, I have heard nothing. It has now been nine days since their last contact. I have sent emails with no response, and I still have no idea if the damaged mirror will be replaced or whether I will receive a refund.

Looking through other Trustpilot reviews, there are some near identical complaints highlighting that getting a response from customer service is difficult.
Receiving a damaged item can happen. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication and being left with a broken item and no idea how the company will resolve the problem.

Based on my experience, their after sale customer service has been atrocious. Think carefully before buying from P&P, particularly any fragile items where you may need help!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Perch & Parrow highly enough, particularly for their customer service

Unfortunately, I experienced difficulties with three separate deliveries, which was incredibly frustrating However, what could have been a very disappointing experience was completely turned around by the way Sam and the team dealt with it

They were so helpful, patient and understanding throughout and genuinely went above and beyond to try to resolve every issue I never felt like I was just another customer or that my problem was being passed from one person to another They really listened and did everything they could to put things right

Things can sometimes go wrong with deliveries, but for me, it’s how a company deals with those problems that really matters — and Perch & Parrow absolutely got that right

A huge thank you to Sam and the whole team for all your help and for caring enough to keep trying until everything was sorted Your customer service really is exceptional, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Perch & Parrow ❤️

I ordered the wave mirror but unfortunately it was rather distressed looking on arrival. I email the company and Johnathan dealt with it immediately and I had a full refund within days.

Really good service. Very speedy delivery, and such a good price for a high quality item.Couldnt fault them,would buy from them again without any hesitation.

I was against buying online from what I saw to be faceless companies however we were pleased with the quality and then when a shade got broken (by a customer of ours, not faulty) 18 months after our purchase, the service and response was amazing. The team quickly sourced new lampshades in a helpful and charming manner - exceptional. The glass on our floor lamp shattered unexpectedly. Sam from the customer service team was incredibly polite, helpful, and sent us replacement glass.
Really appreciative of their response.

I purchased two taupe snuggly fleece throws from this company and I love them beautiful shade of taupe and are really nice quality quite thick material which is hit and miss with fleece normally, they are large enough for my two sofas and they were delivered really quickly x

Edited following replacement lamp being sent. Received our lamp, which we love but noticed on opening the box that the white lampshade had a noticeable black smudge type mark on the inside. I intially tried to call customer services but after waiting for exactly 1 minute 34 seconds each time, the phone automatically cut off. Assuming this is set to happen on purpose, which isn't helpful when trying to speak to someone. As a next step, i took a photo of the mark and emailed customer services, they replied to say could they have a video, which i sent. Now a week has passed and I'm still waiting for a response, so not completely satisfied on the customer services front, especially when the other reviews seem to say how responsive they are. I'm not sure if we have just been unlucky?! Hoping we receive an update soon. Update... I rang again and managed to speak to someone who said the team only work until 1pm on a Friday, so maybe this was the reason for the phone cutting off before. If so, then the recorded message with telephone opening hours of 9am-5pm needs updating , please. Replacement lamp received and collection of faulty lamp due tomorrow. Thank you for your help. Sam in customer services was very helpful.

Fantastic communication and service from this company. Very responsive to a query I had with a lampshade and dealt with very professionally, thank you, highly recommended.

My old hall mirror needed replacing so I began an online search. I had an idea of what I wanted but some were too small, too big, too fancy or too expensive.
Then I found Perch and Parrow. There is a good range of tasteful home furnishings and many at good prices. My mirror is lovely,
I am so pleased with it. I even got ‘first purchase’ discount. I was updated throughout and the mirror arrived very quickly.
I would advise anyone who is looking for something that isn’t run of the mill to have a look on Perch & Parrow’s website

I ordered a gorgeous light which unfortunately was faulty so contacted the company , they replied straight away and replaced it with an equally lovely light without any hesitation.

I was so glad when I came across this company, love their collections and bought quite a few different light fittings and shades. Now all installed and our house is looking great! Thank you!

I purchased two gorgeous floor lamps from Perch & Parrow but needed to speak to them about an issue I had.

We’ve all had those stressful, frustrating, conversations with company customer services before, so I was dreading it.

This was such a different experience, they could not have been more helpful and understanding and made everything so easy for me. What a relief and what a breath of fresh air!

We ordered three pendant lights from Perch and Parrow and they were delivered within two days. We just opened one to check it was what we wanted and it was perfect. A couple of weeks later when we were ready to fit them we opened the other two boxes and unfortunately one was broken. We contacted customer service and we were asked to send a video. Within 24 hrs we had received a new light. The customer service is exceptional with quick responses and solutions. Thanks to Sarah who dealt with our issue. Also the pendants lights are beautiful. We would certainly recommend Perch and Parrow for their products and excellent customer service.

Beautiful chairs, fantastic quality. Super fast delivery. Amazing customer service. One of the chairs was slightly damaged but a replacement was sent straight away and because they come in pairs we were given the extra chair with compliments of Perch and Parrow. Highly recommend.

Sarah in customer service was so helpful, replying promptly to my queries. Delivery was extremely prompt, even next day on several occasions. Returns were straightforward with a timed slot organised by Sarah with DPD. I love my purchases too!

Fantastic company selling beautiful products. Bought a range of items over the last few months, and all have been perfect. One minor issue with a dining chair was dealt with straight away with a replacement shipped out. Initially the wrong item was sent but customer service went above and beyond to resolve the matter and send a goodwill gesture too. Would highly recommend Perch & Parrow and we will definitely be shopping here many more times in the future.

I have huge praise and gratitude for the products and customer experience with Perch and Parrow. The quality of the product I purchased is absolutely beautiful, and at a very reasonable price. I've had my light fitting for some time, and it sadly fell victim to a butter-fingered labourer recently. One of the glass balls smashed, and it seemed wasteful to have to replace the whole fitting. I contacted the customer service team - they managed to find me a replacement part, and sent it out right away.
I hugely value and respect a company that's able to make conscious decisions. It may have taken more time and effort to find me a part than tell me to purchase a new item altogether; and I love that they didn't do that. Too many buyer experiences have become a conveyer belt, and I will always be a loyal customer to a company that does things consciously, and really makes the effort to ensure good customer experiences. Truly exceptional! Thank you team :)
