Everything is beautiful. Beautifully made and quality

Item arrived damaged. I emailed the company with photo's of the damage. John emailed me apologising and asked if I'd like a refund or replacement. I requested a refund and he emailed back to say he had processed a full refund to me and to dispose of the item.
After a few days I contacted paypal to ask if the company has sent any refund and they informed me no refund had been processed. I've tried contacting the company twice since, but am now not getting any response.
Paypal now have photo's of the damaged item and the emails between myself and John. They have opened a dispute case and have started the process of getting my refund.
I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company, due to the bad experience I've had with them.

Update: since writing this review and paypal contacting the seller, I have now received my refund.

I recently had a great experience buying a small lampshade and then replacing it with a bigger one. From start to finish, the service provided was exceptional. The communication was prompt, clear, and friendly.
When I initially purchased the small lampshade, but I had to return it to get a larger size.The return process was straightforward . They provided me with clear instructions on how to return the small lampshade.The larger lampshade was just as impressive as the first one. The quality was superb, and it fit my lamp base perfectly. In terms of pricing, I found the lampshades to be reasonably priced!

The furniture are as advertised. Bought the Menorca sideboard to put our tv on in the living room. Fantastic piece of solid wood furniture. The door needed a bit of adjustment with a screw driver but should be easy for any guy to do. Delivery team was also fantastic. 10/10 will order from this company again if we need another piece and will recommend to friends.

Ordered two throws from Perch and Parrow.Delivery was reasonable but no email acknowledgement of purchase or delivery notification .The Lula Jacquard stripe throw is lovely and I am very happy with it but I would advise against buying the Idle Herringbone throw.
It has worn really badly in a just couple of weeks with hardly any use .I reported this to Perch and Parrow and their follow up customer service has been exemplary

The footstool was available elsewhere but at an inflated price with ‘sale’ or discount’ reductions - still more expensive though. P&P were out of stock but replied promptly to my message with a phone call to tell me when they would have it back in. When I ordered it was quick and easy to use the website, it was then delivered on the second working day (they said within 7 working days). Delivered assembled, well packed & via DPD who are my first choice of courier. Just all round great service.
