I was so impressed with Perch and Parrow. Beautiful product very well priced. The glass shade (through no fault of Perch and Parrow) broke and I contacted them to see if I could purchase a new part. I sourced a Thomas Kent clock through this company which unfortunately had a defect. Reported to P&P who immediately provided a replacement with minimum of fuss. No hesitation in recommending and saying you can shop with confidence at this retailer.

I purchased 2 vases which were of high quality . Due to the measurements of one (my fault for not checking !) I requested a return and the customer service I received from Sarah was 5* - from requesting a return to receiving the refund I was kept informed at every step . I received the most beautiful lamp stand from Perch & Parrow. Unfortunately it was too big for my daughters bedroom and had to return it. The returns process was very efficient and the item was collected from my home by the courier.
Perch and Parrow also followed up my return to ensure it was collected on the date provided. Excellent service and I hope to purchase from you again soon!
