Fantastic experience, parents bought me a lamp, and I had a few issues with the lampshade itself (not the company's fault) and they were understanding, friendly and quick to resolve it, replacing it a couple of times to get it right. Highly recommend

The two accent chairs that I ordered came on the expected day and within the two hour delivery slot and I was kept up to date by the delivery firm men who were smart friendly and efficient.

Delighted with my recent purchase of a sideboard from P&P. It is a lovely item and was delivered ahead of schedule & efficiently to the remote Scottish Highlands - a destination that most retailers struggle with sending items to, including big players like John Lewis! Perch and Parrow made it look easy and put them all to shame.

I have ordered some items and received confirmation of delivery but unfortunately there is no one at home to accept the delivery. I have requested to change the delivery date and given many available days. I have had no response to rearrange. It’s impossible to get in touch via the haulier / customer service email and phone. The items I have ordered are fairly large items that can’t be left with a neighbour or in the porch. Very frustrating!

Good quality table, reasonable price and quick delivery

Really quick dispatch and delivery. The faux Perch and Parrow faux orchid is absolutely gorgeous - it looks stunning and I’ve caught people having a sneaky touch to check if it’s real! Very realistic.
