Fantastic mirror - beautifully packaged

Pleased with the items I ordered and received. However, the buying experience was let down by the choice of courier service. I received notice of delivery three days on the trot. First two days, failed to deliver, and finally received goods on the third day. The courier’s tracking system is useless too.

Only recently found Perch & Parrow. Have made a handful of orders and can’t think high enough of the company. Great website and prices. The delivery is good and the packaging is superb. Great company to deal with. 5 stars.

Excellent products bought in January sale. Very competitive prices and excellent quality products. All were well packaged, promptly despatched (received within 4 days of ordering) and very good communication.

Beautiful table, very well packaged, and super quick and easy to assemble. Couldn’t be happier with it in our space! We moved into a new flat and have limited space, so we wanted to find the smallest table we could that would still accommodate 4 people comfortably. This checks all the boxes! Delivery was a little bit slow, but they did warn us that there were delays when we placed the order, so I can’t say it wasn’t expected or that I can really blame P&P. Overall really happy with the experience and item, glad I took a chance on this company, and would shop here again!

The mirror my husband bought me for Christmas arrived completely broken. I am currently waiting for the customer service to sort this out. It is truly disappointing.

Really like my small arm chair. It feels and looks well crafted. The seat is fairly firm which is to my liking but may not suit everyone. Delivery was quick and I was kept well informed about delivery arrangements.

My floor lamp unfortunately arrived damaged, I emailed customer service and got a speedy reply that a new lamp was on the way, the new lamp arrived the next day and is gorgeous!

The table is very nice, though one of the fastenings was bent, probably during transportation (I managed to fix it). But my experience with delivery was very disappointing — for some reason the courier just gave my parcel to a random neighbour from a random house nearby and than called me to tell about it (I was at home all day waiting for delivery). It was APC, infamous by the obnoxiously bad quality of service and unbelievable rate of lost parcels. So probably you just shouldn't work with them at all.

Superb product but the exact same product was available via 2 household names, one at an extra £10 and a different one at double the price!!!!! Genuinely thought it must be a scam and then read reviews on here. Delivered superfast and everything was just brilliant. Thanks

We ordered our barstools when they came back in stock and fortunately for us we also got 10% discount, but we would have bought them anyway because we liked the style. They were delivered exactly as planned and we loved the look and the quality of the wood and construction is excellent.
Good communication too which made us feel confident dealing with this company.

Ordered chairs and they were delivered to my home in a few days. My fault as I missed the original delivery date not realising it was my new chairs and not waiting in for delivery.
Chairs are very well made and we are delighted with them.
