Well-made lovely Boheme placemats, at a very good price. The quality of these placemats is very good.
Website easy to navigate and the mats arrived reasonably quick.

Made an order of 6 fittings (<£700) with shipping.
One (1) arrived two days late, and I am waiting here another week (two weeks in total) for the rest of my order. In the meantime, two electricians' visits later, Perch & Parrow have not called/responded or provided a further eta.

I am impressed with the service I have received. The company communicated promptly when I had a query and I received the product that I had ordered . As soon as the company received my order they shipped it promptly.
The product I ordered is good quality and looks nice. It is good value for money. I Will certainly use this company again and will recommend it to others.

The process was simple, the team was helpful, and they confirmed my refund would be issued immediately with no hassle and no expense to myself. Perch and Parrow offer so many items that I’ve seen elsewhere for much higher prices, including at JL. I purchased some wall lights and initially thought I might return them as they didn’t quite suit the space (entirely my issue, not theirs). The return process was going to be super smooth and inexpensive, which really impressed me. In the end, I changed my mind, kept everything and even ordered more. Great quality, great prices and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely use them again.

Worst company ever!! Ordered a mirror on the 15th of November was meant to come the 27th got broke in transit never even told me then sent me another message the same day to say they have sent out another one Then refunded me and then by the time they had done all this I couldn’t even order another as the mirror was then sold out couldn’t run a bath AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The mirror i bought is gorgeous very glitzy which is what i love waiting for it to be hung on the wall by an expert as I wouldn’t trust my hand at diy, the mirror looks really well made and for any person loving a bit of bling this is the one, service was excellent and the mirror was really well packaged, i will definitely be buying from Perch @ Parrow again, top notch company.

The sofa was delivered on time. I’m very happy with it. It looks well made and works well in the room.

The chairs are great - they feel solidly built and they are comfortable for sitting in for extended periods (i do 1 hour meetings so that's important to me).
The leather looks and feels like it will last for years.
The chairs look exactly like the website photos.
The delivery arrived on time and the drivers brought the chairs in and put them in the room.
