Good price and quick delivery of two wall lights. One of the "distressed" metal finishes looked completely different to the other. Reported the issue (sent photographs) and it was quickly agreed that a replacement light would be sent.

I'm rating 5 because of my experience when returning an item. P+P were very helpful, someone actually spoke to me (thanks Sam), and the experience was simple and straightforward, which was really nice given the hoops I've had to jump through for other companies when returning things.

Order arrived very promptly and well packaged. I do however need to return as not suitable (unfortunately)
I have emailed three times regarding advice on return as I only have a 14 day window. Still waiting!!! Otherwise perfect to buy from

The order came in good time and delivered safely. No broken glass.
The mirrors were lovely but the frame colour was not as expected. I thought off white was a cream colour. They were both light grey. We kept them both and repainted the wavy one to an off white colour to match our fireplace. Easy to paint. The other looks nice in grey in the room it is in.

I recently ordered from Perch & Parrow and, although I decided to return my order, I was very impressed with their customer service. The whole process was seamless, communication was quick, and they really care about customer satisfaction — even when you change your mind.

I moved into a new house earlier this year and have dealt with various customer service teams, but Perch & Parrow’s is honestly one of the best, if not the best. Their professionalism and customer-first attitude make me want to come back for future purchases.

Goods delivered on time and very pleased with product

Good product. Well packaged. Delivered quickly. Only niggle was the omission of any guidance regarding fixings for the mirror which (to protect your company) could be limited to general guidance for fixing on brick or plasterboard for example. At the very least it would be helpful if the weight was included in the description on your website.

Amazing customer service and super fast delivery. Even though I was advised that it could take up to 10 days for delivery to Scotland, order arrived in 2 days. Highly recommend
