Ordered 3 mirrors- all lovely, well packaged and delivered well.

Prompt delivery, items well packed, and love what we purchased. Very reasonably priced as well.

I ordered a mirror over £100 , which arrived cracked and in awful cosmetic condition. I sent photos a week ago, asking for a replacement or alternatively a refund, and I am not getting anywhere with getting a response on when this will be sorted.

I brought MODARO OPEN WARDROBE IN SMOKED in early June of 2025.
It never arrived but each week I would receive a e-mail asking me to accept delivery on a set day, which I did. But still it never came. I contacted them and said each delivery date I was in and waiting for them, and why had it not come.
They didn't answer my question just gave me another date. Near the end of August I gave up and have asked for a refund which they say they have done but no money has come through yet. I am still trying to get my money back. At no point anyone has said sorry and it makes me wonder if this is a real website? Who knows but I wouldn't shop here again.

I purchased Ralph Clear Glass Three Light Pendant, which I am very pleased with in February 2025.

Unfortunately, a glass shade recently has spilt vertically top to bottom.

I contacted customer services by email August 8th and was told a replacement would be sent. Four email chases and two telephone chases later and this remains unresolved as of September 1, despite being told for the second time a replacement had been dispatched and should arrive within two working days.

Unfortunately, Perch and Parrow ‘s customer service falls short and there is no follow to gauge customer satisfaction.

Delivery within 3 days. Easy to put together. Coffee table was what I had hoped for so delighted.

The product is of poor quality for the price. I am disappointed and will be returning it.

Another fabulous purchase from P&P! A Juno sideboard to match our existing dining table. Excellent quality and price. So simple to purchase and delivery was great.

I ordered and paid for 2 cushions to then be told that they only had one cushion in stock which they were going to deliver anyway.
The quality of cushion is a little substandard.
One cushion is no good to me so I will be looking elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend

I bought the Odin clock in pewter.. it looks so stylish in my sitting room. I had been looking quite a while for a new clock after sadly breaking one I’d had for years. The price was good and delivery efficient.

I have only just discovered this company online & what a find! I’ve been recommending them to all my family & friends.
Last Thursday I placed an order for some mirrors I’d seen in a local home shop & found much cheaper through P&P, I was expecting them to take at least 3-5 days to be delivered but they were actually delivered within 24 hours which is just incredible & they look beautiful. I also ordered lampshades & a picture all of which are fantastic quality. Huge thank you

Ordered a premium wooden standing lamp. Given the price tag we would expect a high quality finish, solid wood was to be expected. Firstly it arrived with the box damaged, and not fully sealed, with the top of the box wide open. Once opened i realised that It has arrived severely damaged. A full crack around the entire diameter of the stand, with a large hole in it. Not only this the product was not made of wood, but a faux wooden finish with the lamp being hollow.

Excellent products, delivered on time and very well packaged. Everything arrived in perfect condition – couldn’t have been better. Thank you!
