Easy to order and good service, good product too.

Very good item and speedy service

East to order. Quick delivery. Great products.

The order was delivered on time. The service is efficient. It seems like they had a good impact on my babies. Luckily, I didn't have to use it for a long time.
I will provide more detailed information as soon as I have some additional input.

I Ordered Scottish salmon oil for my dog there was a problem with Royal Mail they lost the parcel so pets purest never hesitated and sent another one straight out and I ended up getting both parcels at the same time I contacted pets purest for a returns slip and they replied because of any inconvenience just keep them both a very nice gesture plus pets purest Scottish salmon oil is the best you get. Happy customer.

I prefer Pet's Purest turmeric capsules to others and they were out of stock for a while so I had to order some from elsewhere, happy to find they are now back in stock but I have to say I did prefer the tubs they used to be in to the sachets, however, that is just a personal thing. Pleased that you now sell goats milk powder for dogs as yours is more reasonably priced that the brand I have been using in the past as appears to be just as good.

A subscription for monthly supplies has worked very well

Customer service is great, had a slight problem with a product which came as a great surprise as we’ve used pets purest since day one with our pup, reached out and they replaced the product with no problems or drama, replacement arrived 2 days later and was perfect and has been a great help as expected. Would always recommend there products, and the customer service is great too.

I had no problems with any of the process in recieving the product I requested which now in use. Well Done

Superb company very fast delivery with natural products

Don’t waste your money. These products aren’t suitable for cats. All my four hated these products. I wasted several pouches of cat food trying to get them to try the daily allergy and itch, and the flea powder. Even in tiny amounts they wouldn’t touch the stuff (and they’ll eat anything!) I note that Pets Purest have now removed the flea powder from their website. Hoping others don’t make the same expensive mistake I did.

I used a well known Flea Treatment on my cat , it didn't give me great results so I decided to use Pets Purest all Natural flea and Tick Repellent, which isn't full of chemicals, so far so good ! I comb my cat each day and spray her neck at base of tail and hind legs , she is more relaxed and not over grooming herself anymore . Gave 4 stars as early days but looking hopeful

I’m extremely happy with Pets Purest products! The quality is amazing, and my pet loves them. I’ve noticed real improvements in his health and energy since using their natural supplements. Delivery was fast, and customer service is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants the best for their pets!

My dogs coat is so shiny since she’s been on the salmon oil and her coat is so soft great value also

Products received a few days after ordering excellent service

Cap on spray had not been secured properly, so all the liquid had leaked into the bag the bottle arrived in.

I wanted to cancel this order and when I tried to, the webpage was broken. Thus I was charged for goods I did not want to receive.

Great product. My dog likes them
