The company isn't that great. No insurance company is. Way too much money with no return. Their representative Ashley Bunce was GREAT. She was a tremendous help and guided me to a workable solution for me and my company while protecting the interests of hers. Unfortunately, we could not come to terms on a policy premium for 2023. Pie Insurance still charged my card on file for $1775 and have since kept the money even though I recieved a policy cancellation dated 1/12/23. I tried to fight the charge on my card but it was over 60 days by the time I recieved the official policy cancellation letter. I of course have tried to work with their team to no success. They continually state it will be refunded after an "audit" but it has been 4+ months since the policy for 2022 ended. Still no audit, still no communication back when I will recieved said audit, etc.

The Pie team is ALWAYS responsive. Emails are replied to quickly and efficiently, always with courtesy. Issues are listened to and dealt with appropriately. A very good experience dealing with Pie team members.
