I have been using a millet pillow for years because of the comfort and durability. Pillow Company has never failed to perform and fills my order promptly.

Easy to order, but we live in a very rural area and 2 weeks after the order and shipment I was notified it couldn't be delivered to a p.o. box by FedEx, why would the order program let me put in a p.o. box. Good news the pillow came before christmas

The pillow I ordered was supposed to be firmer this is not what I wanted I am very disappointed my phone number is 504 352 4596

After ordering a pillow, I called and left a message saying it had ben awhile since I ordered, hadn't heard anything and wondered about an ETA. Never heard back, but pillow eventually arrived. Absolutely love the pillow. A $20.00 Gift certificate was sent with the pillow as a way of saying thank you for the order, but sorry for the delay. I thought that was a great response, so didn't hesitate to order a set of 2 Sachets Pillows online. Unfortunately, the website removed the gift certificate amount and charged the full rate. I called immediately, leaving a message with the Order No., the Gift Certificate No. and requested the $20.00 gift certificate be applied to the order. It was not.

Well this is not my first time buying from the pillow company. I have to say that I am impressed with their pillow. Better than a my pillow and cheaper. This time my order came very fast. Would buy from again. You have a life time customer with me. Bought my family and friends a pillow and all are very happy with them. They don't want anything else. Thanks

It's been more than a month and my pillow hasn't arrived. I wrote to customer service more than a week ago, and have had no response. Now they've asked me to fill out this survey. So one star, it is.

UPDATE: I called customer service and was informed that the supplier in the Dakotas (the only organic supplier of hulls in the US) was late in shipping out the hulls to them, so all orders from this past month have been delayed. My order should be delivered soon, so I'm changing my stars, however it is still strange that they never responded to my email. Phone was the only way to get customer service.

Ordered 2 pillows $95.00 plus shipping..the 9th of Dec for Christmas gifts..already the 19th! Didn't get a shipping confirmation..tracking number..nothing! Tried calling numerous times..nothing! Sent emails..nothing! Very unprofessional! Found this website after I did business with this company..stupid mistake on my part! Next step i will be calling the better business bureau then calling Visa to get my money back. They have a couple of days to deliver then I will be taking action..Just Unbelievable!

I love my new buckwheat pillows. At first I was skeptical since some reviews read that the seed husks make noise. But, the pillows are so comfortable. I rated the company a 4 only because the quality (thickness) of the pillow case can be improved.

Apparently my order took longer to arrive than I realized but the Pillowcompany did! They sent me an eye pillow in addition to the pillows I ordered and I love it too! Their products are terrific and I highly recommend them.

Easy to use website, delivery within the time noted and a product that meets all expectations. I'm happy!!!

Attempted to place order via listed phone several times, always got voice mail, never got a requested return call. Placed order on line, received acknowledgement but never got shipping information. Waited, no info. Attempted to contact company via email and phone, never received response. Filed complaints with Better Business Bureau and Arizona Attorney General. After filing complaints, ordered items were shipped with letter of apology. Have no problem with ordered product but doing business with Pillow Company was awful.

I got initial confirmation of my order but nothing subsequent in the way of updates or projected delivery dates from the company. Not sure why. That aside, the product (buckwheat pillow) is fabulous! It provides support throughout the night. I ordered a second pillow and a bolster as well.

We've ordered twice from the Pillow Company - two standard size millet pillows, one scented, one not. They make a quality product and go the extra mile by including extra goodies like travel size pillows for free. Our first order took a long time to arrive, but the second order arrived in record time. Would highly recommend!

I have ordered two of their pillows and love both. I also ordered a wrest rest for my keyboard at work and love it as well. This is a great company and I will do business again. Their product is high quality.

When I didn't receive my order, I tried calling but got a message that all lines were busy, so leave a message and they would get back to me. I tried, no reply. I tried email and also no reply. I finally called Visa and they were able to get some action.I received my order, finally. I will never do business with Pillow Company again.

I became concerned when I never received a response to my order and when(after considerable time)I wrote the company as to the status of my order, they immediately responded with an apology and even sent a $20 gift certificate with the order. We love the pillows extremely, Thank you!

The items are as expected. Shipping time took longer than expected.

Shipping was a little slow and they sent me an extra (small) pillow. The pillows are very nice and I have used the one I ordered already, very happy!! thanks anita kleinstein

No response to VM and emails and still awaiting a refund for cancelled order.

Shipping was slow other than that the pillow is a nice product.
