Please just be careful
Please just be careful, I had to freeze my card while contacting my bank as I was booking a unit over the phone they took my bank details then said payment is pending, they will call me back and hanged up straight away and never received a phone call back and they won’t answer there phone

Signing up for a Pink Storage unit was extremely easy
Signing up for a Pink Storage unit was so easy and efficient. Although we had some trouble finding the entrance to the Swansea branch due to the postcode location being ambiguous, on arrival at my unit the instructions were plain to see as to how to open it. I let my friend open and close it as the bars were quite stiff but it is obviously an advantage for security. Having never seen inside a container before, I was pleasantly surprised at the space available. I have only had the unit for one week and so it is difficult to comment further but so far I am very pleased with the service.

I am super impressed
I am super impressed from start to finish, in obtaining my storage unit. Im always dubious about putting in personal details on any site like this, because, immediately you get spammed with messages and phone calls. I just want a quote 1st. Anyway, this time, I decided to answer the phone and spoke with a lovely woman, she explained things and sent me details immediately. I was quoted £15 per week for the first 4 weeks, upping it to 6 weeks after I purchased the unit. I had to pay a refundable £100 deposit which is returned after I finish with the storage. After the initial period, it goes up to £30 per week. Im happy with that price. I was immediately sent the details so I could go and look at what I've signed up for. On arrival, I was let in by automatic number plate recognition, and was welcomed by a huge monitor advising me of my numbered unit. Plenty of space to drive in and up to the unit. My key was there in a coded box for me to collect, as i opened the unit, I was pleasantly surprised, by 2 bottles of water, a couple of packs of sweets and a card with all information I need on there. All this I have just explained was all done within an hour. Im glad I found this place. I won't go anywhere else and would gladly recommend this storage facility. 5 stars for me.

Storage as storage is good - customer portal as well, promotional price was great. But from promotional £16.25 - from 08. August last year price went to £28.75 then £42.75, further £52.75, then £62.75 and finally £72.75. This is weekly price..
