Easy to rent, easy secure access & a large clean container for storage. Water bottles & sweets a great touch when you've spent the morning lugging furniture 😃

Easy set up
Easy process to arrange access to a storage unit. We are hoping to use it short term because of a delay between house moves. Works for us as the unit is approximately 5 minutes from our current house and 10 minutes from the new house. Only set up today so not visited the unit yet, but set up process was extremely straight forward.

Check price quoted is what you actually pay!
Art first i thought I had a great deal but it turns out what you are quoted is not what you are charged apparently what you are quoted only lasts for 10 minutes which is ridiculous. It turned out that they were in the most expensive storage facilities in my area and I am soon vacating the premises.

Hi Simon,
Thank you for your feedback.
We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the pricing of your storage unit.
Our prices can vary depending on availability and current offers, and we always aim to remain competitive while providing secure and accessible storage.
We're always happy to review a customer's account and see if there's anything we can do regarding their current weekly rate.
If you'd like to get in touch with our team, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you before you make a final decision about leaving.
Kind regards
Price went up and up with no notice
Price went up and up with no notice. Late fees of £20 added if an issue getting payment from your bank even if you paid the same day. Money grabbing company. Stuff smelt of fuel where bikes were driven in a stored. And always saw rats

Thank you for your feedback.
We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
Regarding pricing, our introductory discount and the standard weekly rate that applies once the offer ends are clearly outlined during the sign-up process. Our £20 late payment fee is also explained within our terms and conditions.
We would also like to clarify that motorcycles are not permitted to be stored at any of our sites.
Regarding your comments about cleanliness and pest activity, our sites are cleaned and monitored on a weekly basis, and we take any reports of these issues seriously.
We always aim to provide secure, clean and affordable storage for our customers and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
Kind regards

Quick and Easy Booking Process
I have not used the storage unit yet, but the booking process with Pink Storage was really quick and straightforward. I got 50% off for the first six weeks, which was a good deal. The price seems reasonable compared to other options. So far, everything has been smooth and hassle-free. Hopefully, the experience will be just as good once I start using it.
