Hi Jim,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with the recent price increases.
We regularly review our pricing to ensure it remains competitive with the local self-storage market. That said, we value every customer and are always happy to review an individual account where possible. Our aim is to retain our customers wherever we can.
If you're willing to give us the opportunity, please reply to this email with your unit number or contact our customer support team, and we'll be happy to review your current rate to see what we can do.
We appreciate your feedback and hope we can find a solution that works for you.
Kind regards,
