Lovely and quick delivery
Lovely and quick delivery, good selection of products. I ordered two different sizes and returned one. I didn't get my refund so contacted customer services, and spoke to Ayushi. They were so helpful, replied really quickly and gave me my full refund after providing proof of return. Super easy from start to finish

Amazing product
My husband brought me the Double Ended Wand, the product is amazing and gets the job done. Downside is charging time, i put it on charge at 2, went to use it at 11 and it died as i was close.

Ayushi A*!
I ordered via ASOS, and the swimming costume wasn’t the right fit so I sent it back. After nearly a month of not receiving my refund, I emailed Ayushi from the customer services team. She was incredibly helpful and quickly got my refund sorted in no time. Whilst this was clearly a slip up from either ASOS or the company, the customer services team cannot be faulted and were extremely helpful! Thank you Ayushi!

First time ordering from Playful…
First time ordering from Playful Promises. Items received quickly, great quality but unfortunately not quite the right fit for me, so had to return.
Had not received a refund so contacted customer service and I have to say what a brilliant experience. Super responsive, no fuss, provided proof of postage and it was all sorted. Other companies could learn from these guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand how disappointing it can be when you find a style you love and it isn't available in your size.
Our bra collections are designed primarily for D-H cups, so unfortunately we don't currently offer 40B across our main range. We do, however, have a few styles available in a 40B at the moment.

Fantastic customer service
I want to leave a review specifically for Ayushi in customer services and to say thank you.
I ordered the wrong size, after speaking to Ayushi they immediately swapped out the old order for the new size. I didn’t have to go through the rigmarole of cancelling and re ordering and the item arrived literally two days later! I was kept informed every step of the way, super helpful, really lovely experience. Absolutely fantastic customer service.
Other business could lean a lot from you!

Bought 2 bras
Bought 2 bras. They run small and they are cheap, typical papery feel, rough fabric. So disappointed. I have literally bought bras from temu that were better quality.

Beautiful lingerie for curvy women
Beautiful lingerie for curvy women. I really loved the choices available to still feel feminine. Great service when I had to change and return 2 bras for a different cup size. The customer service agent responded to my query same day, and processed a refund that was still overdue even though I had returned the bras weeks ago. Highly recommend this brand!

Technical problems but great customer service
I had some technical problems with entering my correct shipping address that is in Germany. Shopping online from abroad can always be a bit tricky with our German letter "ß" in our word for street. But this time maybe putting a dot after the first three letters of "Straße" was the wrong decision. My house number disappeared. I immediately contacted them and they were able to fix that but then came the next problem. The bra I ordered seemed to be not actually in stock anymore in my size. I got a refund very quickly. Too quickly because then they did find it in my size. Then more technical problems when trying to pay for a bra that is out of stock now for real because the last one in my size was already sold to me. It's mine! In the end they gave me the bra for free and I only payed for the matching panties. Overall it was a lovely exchange with the customer service and I got some practice in how to write a business e-mail in English. I'm looking forward to get my matching set. I know the quality of the items will be great because I was always very satisfied with this brand so far and this is the first time I ran into technical problems when ordering. Next time things will be running smoothly again I'm sure.
