Insuring my Land Rover has been a challenge these last few years but this would be my 3rd year with Police Mutual. I was initially disappointed with my renewal quote. However, after speaking with Paula Seasman in the Police Mutual office, everything changed. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and ultimately secured a reduced premium for me that I was happy with. My call to Tracy was most helpful. She cheerfully updated me with procedures to follow if my wife needs a consultation regarding her sudden v. severe knee pain. (co-incidentally we're seeing a physiotherapist tomorrow at NHS Alltwen Hosp) and it was a just in case query. I now have all the necessary phone numbers etc. if we need them. Excellent. I recently Spoke To Sue Stott who was excellent. I had been unhappy with some recent developments but she gave a very good explanation of Police Mutual products and the reasons behind some price increases. Whilst I will still review my motor policy I found her breadth of knowledge and customer focus outstanding. She is a real credit to the company.

I had to call for a simple issue of forgetting a number that I needed to access my account. I was answered within seconds by Karen on the sales and service team. She was cheery, more than happy to help with anything I needed and even supported me by educating me in what I could do should I ever need the service offered by Police Mutual. All followed up with everything I needed by email! Thanks Karen :)

The healthcare cover is excellent. They use Healix to process claims, a very knowledgable and efficient company. Excellent move.

Straight forward and easy.

I had a lovely representative called Sue Stott helping with my enquiry. She spoke first to my father (policy holder) who is hard of hearing and asked my permission to put a note on the system for anybody else who talks to him to be patient and talk slowly. This is very important to my father and I as he had been having problems on telephone calls but Sue took her time, made sure my father understood and did not rush him. She explained everything in detail to us. She called me the next day at exactly the time she said she would, and completed our request and again was very professional and friendly. She gave options on how to tailor the policy to better match our needs. Wonderful experience with Sue and Police Mutual and would recommend them to anybody else

Wonderful Customer Service. I rang the wrong department and my call was immediately transferred to the right department after the staff recognized my mistake. I later spoke with Tracey who was very helpful and highly knowledgeable. The customer service of the staff is brilliant.

Exceptional service. Efficient. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable and listen to the customers needs. Every single person we have ever spoken to at PM have been absolutely lovely. Friendly, courteous. I spoke to Sharon today and she was amazing!!!!!. We believe that the success of any company or organisation is only as good as the individuals that work within and PM have a knack of employing those special individuals.
