Speaking with helpful member of staff to reduce premium
Speaking with Sue Canavan helped with the huge increase I had been quoted, especially after no claims this century. She adjusted mileage and value of car appropriately that helped to get a small reduction and was very helpful and understanding.

Exceptional personal customer service
The member of staff who dealt with my queries was Keith Marchant. The quality of service I received was exceptional, he was professional, knowledgeable helpful and friendly. I was looking to renew my car insurance cover but it was proving very expensive. Keith could see that I was a loyal customer, he revisited my policy with me and helped me to get a reduction in price that meant he could retain my custom. I choose to deal companies where I can actually speak to a human being, and Keith made me feel like a valued customer, he is a credit to Police Mutual Insurance.

Outstanding Customer service
Outstanding Customer service. Had a little wait on the phone before I spoke to Sue Stott. What a lovely lady very helpful and courteous and went out of her way to assist me with my enquiry about adding an additional driver to my policy. In fact my policy premium came down Even better !

My call initially related to a…
My call initially related to a cancellation of a renewal quote for my wife's car as it was in our opinion far too expensive in relation to last year's. Initially the quote had increased by by over £300. Sue Stott explained as the make and model was new to the UK it will take time to assess repair costs etc over the next 12 months when the cost may be reduced. However, we will be taking up the quote from another reputable insurer at a more acceptable price. Sue was understanding and gave information on other types of insurances.

Amazing customer service by Lauri
I've just recently rang their customer service department where I got the most warm service from an advisor called lauri.
She was very gentle and spoke softly but clearly in order to explain all their services and answer all my questions. She wasn't shy of repeating herself when I was too slow and shy to comprehend what she said.
So far, I definitely have good feelings towards police mutual based on that one call.

Car quote for small Citreon belingo - extra car so only 1 year NCB - although have more than 10 years on existing car - no accidents, no health issues, no convictions ever - quoted over £2,500 annual premium - got same cover for £350 from a well known major provider.
That’s it for me - police mutual should be ashamed .

Outstanding Customer Service
Today, 10th August 26 I had reason to contact Police Mutual about a rather complicated and unusual motor insurance matter. Mr Lee Hansen to whom I dealt with readily understood the issue and his professionalism , advice and resolution went above and beyond my expectations. His expertise and help saved so much time on my part with my attempts to bring the circumstances to a satisfactory conclusion. I can only hope his manager sees these comments and congratulates Lee for his outstanding customer service.
