Strange company. Odd experience.

Praters were (are?) advertising a white Seat Leon Cupra which was of great interest.

We live a good way away from their showroom, but were quite happy to travel for the right car. We tried to do what I consider a little sensible due diligence so as not to waste our time or theirs - simply asking for details of the cars service history. After a couple of non-comital messages from the dealership ("...the car is still available...") We have been met with a wall of silence which certainly doesn't give us the confidence to drive a couple of hundred miles and spent a 5 figure sum on a car.

Went to view a vehicle and decided to buy it. Aaron sorted everything out for us with no messing. Had a couple of teething problems but they were sorted out straight away without question. I will buy from praters again for sure.. a great company with great staff

Bought my new car last week, great service and they let me take the car out for a test drive before purchase. No pressure and service was impeccable.

I found my perfect car at Praters, fully serviced, new cam belt and full valet. All the staff very helpful and courteous, post sale back up second to none. Highly recommended, the small things matter, even a cup of tea offered on arrival, paperwork sorted efficiently and none pressure sales.

I bought a RR Evoque couple weeks ago from Praters, then I had a problem with the windscreen and the real tail gate light. I called Aroon yesterday, I booked the car for this morning and they fixed all the problem on the same day, fantastic!!! I could not believe it! This is the way to look after a customer, thanks again Aroon!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!!
I agreed to buy a car and leave a deposit, then before I collected it they sold it to someone else without even an apology. Just saying someone else paid before I did.
You cannot trust this company, such a shame as their cars look nice on the website.
AVOID and go to a proper dealer
