Quality t shirt
Got the t shirt in the clearance sale then another 50% off so £15. The t shirt was faulty, a little hole in it but superb service from Pretty Green(Jasmine) They sent me a free returns label and were able to send me another t shirt.
Knowledgeable about the brand and understand its heritage
The Pretty Green customer services team (Jasmine in particular) could not have done more to resolve my issue- not only did she resolve it…. She went beyond. The team are knowledgeable about the brand and understand its heritage- thank you.
Had an issue with a refund to begin…
Had an issue with a refund to begin with, but after contacting customer care Jasmine dealt with my refund in a professional manner and in a rapid and timely manner. Excellent work Jasmine.

Ordered some gifts for my husbands…
Ordered some gifts for my husbands birthday and realised the system had auto populated an incorrect first line of address. Worried it would not be delivered in time but Jasmine at customer service responded to my email within 10 mins and had it all resolved with the warehouse. Efficiency at its best!
Got discount added next day ,fast delivery
The parka i picked never had a discount when I ordered ,but next day it had the discount, quick email and I got a refund for the discount, all done within an hour .
Parka arrived quickly ,fits perfectly 👌🏻
Coat exchange
The coat I was ordered was too big. Jasmine efficiently arranged an exchange. It has yet to arrive, but so far, she was very helpful. The only negative, was having to pay to return it.

I will start off by saying I will never order from this site again! The customer service is appalling. I ordered a t-shirt in the Black Friday sales as was trying to get ahead in getting presents for Christmas . He try’s it on and it’s to big I contact customer services and I am told it that I am out of the 30 day refund window. I then go back and forth with e-mails trying to find a solution and ask if I can exchange. Dealing with customer services was like pulling teeth in this time, I felt they were very difficult. I get told I have to return within 3 days for an exchange which I think is harsh especially as it between Christmas and new year but I get it done and thankfully paid for a tracked return. The t-shirt is received by them on 2nd Jan so I e-mail on the 3rd and ask them to confirm when the exchange will be sent out, I get told they have 10 working days to process the exchange which I think is a cheek considering I only got 3 but hay ho nevermind. The 10 working days go by and I hear nothing, so I have to chase. I get told they have not received my return and they need my tracking number, I asked why they didn’t ask for this when I e-mailed on the 3rd but they do not give a response for this and only skate over the issue. I provide my tracking number and they tell me it has possibly been delivered somewhere else. I then eventually get notified I have been given a refund as a good will gesture as they don’t have the t-shirt in the size I wanted. This whole process was just to time consuming and frustrating that I would not buy again from this company.

Rubbish customer service
Ordered garment for my nephews Christmas with plenty time for delivery - that you pay £4.99 for! Had to chase them not once but twice and they have only just arrived tday!

This brand has some of the nicest…
This brand has some of the nicest looking gear but for some unknown reason can not get the sizing right or shape it’s mad!.
Sometimes XS is small or medium or even large sometimes so it’s no good getting it online because you have to send it back! & the arms on the coats & jackets are the worst thing about everything pretty green does! You have a XS jacket that fits well around your body with arms that are enormously baggy you could fit ten arms in one its crazy & looks dyer.
On a Saturday blokes,lads,youths & nippers come in to the shop & take no nonsense in the pretty green stuff & every time I ask if there interested in it they all say ‘narh I would just bring it back baggy arms!’.
I have written this before & the new stuffs always the same so perhaps it’s time too just stop selling it at are shop which is a shame because the stuff is really cool I hope one day they sort this arm nonsense out.
(Someone with a sewing machine the no how & time could make some money altering them)

Beware of the refund policy.
As a regular customer of Pretty Green for a number of years, I’ve recently been reminded of their shoddy returns policy. I purchased 3 items, two didn’t fit even though they’re the same size as I always buy and the other, I wasn’t keen on so I opened a return.
I was charged £5 for the return label and silly me forgot that they also deduct postage from the refund so in total, £10. Pretty Green do nice fashionable clobber which in the main, isn’t cheap, the least you expect from such a company is not to get shafted for postage. They are literally the only company I use that charges you at both ends, every other company accepts that there may be returns for any number of reasons and refunds your original outlay and often do free returns, or sometimes return costs but never both.
PG just rips off its loyal customer base who spend fortunes. My fault I suppose for not remembering a past experience.
Christmas returns
Ordered an item on 27th November for a Christmas gift. Tried to return it on 1st January to be told I’m too late. Strict 30 day returns even over Christmas. Ridiculous. Spent lots of money with this company over the years which counts for nothing. Beware!!!

Part of order did not arrive
Part of order did not arrive , i emailed the as soon as i could but am now stuck in a back and forth with them "so they can investigate the courier" however i had all ready told them the packaging wa intact , so not down to the courier , More likely it was not sent by them in the first place .I have been a customer of Pretty Green for a few years now and have never had a problem before,
But mistakes do happen in in ever business,
Making it hard for your customers to complain and get a resolution is just one mistake after another , and not acceptable.

Downhill
I've been shopping with pretty green for quite a few years now , all quality items ..really love this brand and have never had issues, until my last order , when the garments came through the door it seemed like a different company,the quality had completely gone downhill, don't know if they have different suppliers or what but unfortunately I won't be shopping with them again, I'm gutted because pretty green is pretty much all I wear .Thanks pretty green for the memories.

Not the greatest quality
Love the style,stunning clothes but the quality is poor. I have one of the expensive puffas, hardly wear it . Button has already dropped off and a tear has appeared in the pocket.

I've already emailed you and the response is the same order number rubbish. I've had it for a long time which I've already explained, I've hardly worn it,but this rubbish has already happened. Won't be buying from you again, with your cut n paste replies . There's a reason certain makes give lifetime guarantees ,I've not had it email them. Changed my rating to a 1 star for the pathetic attempt

RIP-OFF RETURN COST
I read the instructions on ‘returning’ an item.
It said to organise your own return or use their Return Service which was basically a return label to print out.
The cost for this £5 would be deducted from refund.
They didn’t say it was extra to the postage cost.
They refunded me & deducted £9.99 off my refund.
That, added to my initial postage cost when ordering,
Cost me £14.98

Out of pocket
I suppose I should have read the small print. I’ve been using pretty green since 2007 so have spent a great deal of money over the years. This is first time I’ve returned an order and wow it was a mission. Firstly as a customer I am made to pay for return postage so that’s £4.99 each way. Then I’m informed that it’s a £5 return fee. So I’ve sent an item back and paid pretty green for the privilege of owning nothing. When questioning via customer care they had no interest other to send me a link proving that I should have read the terms. When I suggested I’d like to take it further I was told the process to complain was to email directly to the person I am complaining against and they would forward to a manager. This Was Joseph by the way. Defensive, awkward and not customer focused at all. Tbh I’ve taken the hit, been robbed by pretty green. Shame, love the gear but will NEVER use them again. Be aware folks!
