long term clients get rate hikes and new clients get the deals
people that have been renting from you for years do not get treated with the same incentives as someone who has no history with the company. I have auto pay, and usually every 4 to 5 months, i can expect a rate increase for no apparent reason. customer service is nice, but management is horrible that long term clients aren't treated fairly as new clients to lure people into renting a space at the facility.

It is true that your original rate is not guaranteed for the life of your rental. We operate much like apartment communities, hotels and airlines, meaning rates can change based on economic factors such as wages, utilities, taxes, insurance and maintenance. Our customers expect a level of excellence, cleanliness and security, and we work hard to deliver that each day. Our pricing and rate schedule is consistent with other storage industry operators. We do appreciate hearing from you about this, as it gives us the opportunity to improve.

I wanted to let you know that we hear you. We have taken great care in determining the access hours for our facilities. Over the years, we've determined that all tenant's belongings are more secure when we do now allow 24 our access. It is really for everyone's benefit that people aren't allowed on the property at late or very early hours. I'm truly sorry if this is an inconvenience for you. - Kelly M. - Marketing Manager.

Some confusion on the promotion availabilities . Caused me to be locked out of my storage the first day I rented unless I paid the 191.00the clerk said nothing about additional fees that day .. I agreed that the monthly rate would go up but the move in still same .she assigned me a unit I unloaded truck. So as stressed out as I already was it took a lot of work to get it corrected over a period of 7 days . So I think that all staff should be clear on such details . Move in prices . I lost alot of time and ended up losing some valubles . My stuff got ruined I had not been able to put in storage because they locked it I tried to get money call corporate etc.

Everything is good
Everything is good. Customer service was very helpful and I was helped with everything I needed. The only thing to say would be to tell other customers to park correctly in the hallways next to the lockers because sometimes our lockers are unaccessible due to people being in the way or parking right in the entrance.
