This is an amazing property in a beautiful setting . The pool areas are excellent as are all the restaurants. There is wildlife all around you - watching the little Capuchin monkeys as you have a sunset cocktail is quite a memory .

I wanted to try Private Upgrades locally at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney as I want to use them for future overseas trips but I was skeptical that they could deliver the benefits that they claimed. I am delighted to be so wrong! For a very last minute booking, I was able to access the hotel lounge, an extreme upgrade in room class, buffet breakfast, USD100 and late checkout. This company exceeded my expectations and I will always use them from now on. Shout out to their friendly Travel Designer Juris who promptly replied to my emails. You guys exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

I liked the room and the premises (excellent pool, wide variety of restaurants and great gym) but I disliked the chaotic New Year’s Eve party as we paid some EUR 600 for a dinner for two where they skipped the lobster dish and we had to request it several times to a negligent waitress who finally brought a scallops dish we had eaten before and said that was lobster. The personnel is nice and keen to serve but many of them are not fluent either in English or French and that led us also to an issue with the driver who took us to and picked us up in the Medina, as we were told the cost was 150 Dirhams per trip and they ended up charging us 1,000 Dirhams, equivalent to EUR 100 for two 10-minutes drive, cost that we found outrageous. Also, when my wife and I were at the pool, we ordered some beers, and it took them some half an hour to bring those to us and were not cold.

My first time using Private upgrades and it was perfect for booking our hotel in Bermuda. All the upgrades promised with our deal- room, free breakfast, resort credit and late check out were honoured by the hotel. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Fabulous service I booked a stay at Raffles in Doha so many advantages, 3rd day free, resort credit and upgrades. I loved the service so much I've booked 2 more stays .

The website is easy to use and sometimes you get offers which will save you hundreds of dollars. Their conceirge reaches you out for any specific requests which makes it a unique experience as other aggregators like Agoda, Expedia, etc won't even bother. I booked Raffles Bali via Private Upgrades and the experience was amazing. Thanks Private Upgrades for saving my money and giving rich experience combined.

We had a wonderful time at the Ritz London from meeting the doorman to leaving.The staff was friendly and helpful and couldn't help you enough.
The bedroom was emaculate and beautiful,warm and welcoming.
Breakfast was lovely so was the staff,the breakfast room was unreal it takes you back in time.
We had 3 nights there and hope to return in the future.

Private upgrades got the best deal for us in Frankfurt. Steinberger is an Old world hotel. You can feel the history in the walls. We got an upgrade and it was one of the refurbished rooms. It is a luxury hotel, and has all the bells and whistles that should go with it. Great location. For dining I think there are better options. Breakfast was good quality.

Fabulous company - first time using them for a stunning Parisian 5 star hotel (last minute trip) and the additional benefits included are the same as those offered with Virtuoso. Furthermore the room rate dropped the day before I was due to check in and I was able to cancel my original booking and rebook at the lower rate with complete ease. I intend to use this company for all my hotel only bookings going forwards.

What a wonderful experience booking though this company. Highly recommend, everything was smooth and provided a fantastic experience.

If anyone wants, luxury, Fairmont Doha is a place to stay. The hotel and its staff were fabulous. They made our stay a wonderful experience. The decor is amazing and so tranquil. We would recommend this to anyone thinking of going to Doha. Doha itself is a great place to visit.

Great Hotel in perfect location.
Stayed 4 nights at the beautiful Cadogan and can’t fault it. Super friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, beautiful bathrooms and an extremely delicious breakfast. Loved it.

Booked for the first time this week using Private Upgrades. Great service and will use again. Emailed back promptly any time id any queries. Made any reservations I required and booking included afternoon tea as a perk with a Private Upgrades and no extra charge. Got a great deal booking the hotel also.

Super experience booking through Private Upgrades.

We Stayed at the Grand Hotel York, they were fully booked so we were not upgraded but the food and beverage $100 on the room and our late checkout which would otherwise have cost £50 were very welcome indeed.

We’ve already booked our next trip and can’t wait.

Book something at a price next minute they send you confirmation and the price has doubled, they claim that the rate I booked was just an average price. When I reached out to them they tried to justify the third night was £0 but they had added the price of the third night to nights one and two. Absolute scammers !!!

Following this review I have received threats of court action. I stick by what I have said in the previous review and I will be taking legal action against your false advertising.

Beware of misleading pricing on this website. I recently booked with their “third night free” promotion, but no real discount was applied. Instead, the cost of the third night was simply spread across the first two nights, significantly inflating the price.

When I contacted them, they claimed I had selected a cheaper promotional rate, but that’s simply not true. There was only one rate option, and at no point did it indicate that the first two nights would cost over €1,200 and €1,400 each. The rate was supposed to be consistent across all nights, but the final charges didn’t reflect this.

Anyone can go on the website and verify this themselves – I have no reason to mislead. Be sure to double-check the pricing before booking, as the promotion may not deliver the savings it promises.

Since posting this review, the company has contacted me multiple times, making unfounded accusations and even threatening “serious legal consequences” if I did not change my review. They have incorrectly addressed me by another name, accused me of leaving multiple reviews (I did not), and misrepresented my comments, claiming I called them “scammers,” which is simply false.

These messages have felt intimidating, and I find it concerning that PrivateUpgrades would respond this way to honest customer feedback. I stand by my experience and believe companies should not pressure customers into changing their reviews through threats.

They’ve even quoted legal terminology, specifically referencing the UK Defamation Act 2013, to suggest my comments could have “serious legal consequences.” This felt like an intimidation tactic intended to scare me into silence rather than address the actual issue I raised.

This is the first time booking through Private Upgrades and to be honest we thought it was too good to be true but were provided wrong..... it is true.
We stayed at Grantley Hall, Ripon
There was a little confusion at check in but after speaking with one of the very helpful contacts at Private Upgrades we were upgraded to a suite. As part of the package with Private Upgrades we also received £80 towards either lunch or evening meal. They select first class Hotels and offer a first class service. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Private Upgrades for making our stay at Grantley Hall even more wonderful.
