The magic of Claridges starts immediately one stops a car outside. We had a memorable stay. The staff and care for guests is exemplary. We had some problems but they were magnificently resolved by management. The mark of a good organisation is how they resolve problems. You deserve a huge accolade Claridges!

The facilities, rooms and staff at this hotel are amazing in equal quantities. Nothing is too much trouble. I had a mix up at check in and it was handled with care and patience the staff were outstanding and a credit to their organisation.

Issues with hotel check in in January and March 2024.
I am aware I booked the room the same day so maybe it difficulted the hotel staff to see my VIP package.
In my 2nd stay ,hotel manager confirmed they didn't receive confirmation of free upgrade by P.U.
(It will be great to communicate by chat ,rather than email, phone to fix any issue promptly).
I requested to speak with Migi by email and no one helped with it.
My P.U account-profile has been deactivated by Private Upgrades after these issues not allowing more bookings.

Private Upgrades was very prompt with any response to my questions. They were able to get the rooms I wanted at a better rate than I could along with breakfast included and a $100 credit at the hotel. We stayed at the Hotel Mozart, Prague which was lovely and in a perfect location. The suite I had reserved was upgraded to a larger suite largely because I had booked through Private Upgrades. Will definitely use them again!

We were upgraded to a larger room and the staff were amazing. It is a brand new hotel in an upscale area of Paris.
The staff were receptive of some minor issues with the design of the bathroom. The modern design sink splashes water and there were no surface area to keep your make up and toiletries. Overall it was a good experience but we will never return. The noise from the bar can be heard three floors above. It stopped at 11.00pm. There was no lobby area to wait for your room.

Have used Privateupgrades for 2 bookings recently- and was really pleasantly surprised by the level of service. In recent years I’ve been a bit reluctant to use 3rd parties to book hotels - while you may get a slightly better rate- you often get inferior rooms/ service as I think many hotels would prefer you to book directly with them. I think Privateupgrades must have a very good relationship with their hotels- as it’s the complete opposite with them- you get better rooms at better rates ( sometimes much better! ) free breakfast and hotel credit and you are treated so well by hotel staff. Have just made another booking with them and hope they continue to expand the number of hotels they offer. A special thank you to Luca who has been so helpful with all my bookings

3 mois après notre séjour au Jumeirah Zabeel Saray***** sur la palme Jumeirah de Dubaï, nous avons été ravis de l'accueil et des prestations.
L'hôtel propose tous les services d'un palace.
Pour la première fois nous avons pu profiter d'un office manager français qui nous a grandement facilité les échanges (pas si courant a Dubaï ou l'anglais est d'usage et le français extrêmement peu pratiqué)
Nous avons pu bénéficier d'un plateau de mignardises d'accueil digne d'un restaurant étoilé d'une valeur supérieure a 100 euros ainsi qu'un départ ultra tardif le dernier jour, 20h !
Ce départ tardif à complètement changé la fin de notre séjour, notre vol n'étant qu'à 1 h du matin.
Nous avons également bénéficier d'une chambre vue piscine sur Palm Jumeirah au dernier étage (Consécutif à un contact direct avec l'hôtel)
Nous avons donc extrêmement apprécié ces prestations "offertes" qui n'ont fait qu'amplifier la qualité générale de notre expérience dans cet établissement.
Nous regrettons que la plateforme ne propose plus cet hôtel pour septembre 2024 qui va nous contraindre à envisager la réservation via luxury escapes.

Overall almost good experience, despites misleading announced renovation, affecting our stay in terms of experience and service.
Service dramatically reduced from the last years, however at acceptable level.
They don't recognize the 100 USD credit of privateupgrades, converting in 3000 THB, that is a lower amount converted in USD.

We booked through private upgrades at The Fullerton Singapore and the experience was amazing, we had early check in, late check out, lounge access and room upgrade! We were extra spoilt by The Fullerton with presents and celebrations for our anniversary. We were couldn't get over all the little extras and how attentive the staff all were. It was an truely amazing experience, highly recommend booking through private upgrades.
