Ian Johnston came to our home and took us through the journey of pre-planning a funeral. It was informal yet professional. Everything was explained fully and all questions and concerns dealt with satisfactorily. Very friendly and didn't rush me on the phone when I was discussing options.
However they set up my direct debit wrong and I had to ring them and spend time on the phone asking them to correct it.

The representative (Mr Jimmy Cunningham) explained everything in straightforward terms & didn't overwhelm
me with jargon. Very polite, reassuring & understanding. Very sympathetic whilst being professional. Making sure I understood the process now & later when the funeral plan would be needed. Very cost effective. The actual policy received within 2 days of signing. Would highly recommend if asked.
