The agent nice , but felt rushed
The agent was nice but she was a little pushy ,and was never told about the deposit to pay , so I said I’d rather set it up later date , however she then said. She couldn’t come back as I only qualify for 1 free consult ! .. I was not told about any deposit on booking the appointment with the agent , otherwise I would of booked it later date .. so in all was very rushed and not time to give it thought .. so I have cancelled as don’t feel comfortable, took the cooling off period cancellation option .. don’t rush people !!

Furthermore, as you have advised all of our prepaid plans come with a full 30 days cooling off period so that our Customers can decide if a prepaid plan is the best option for them. To confirm, the plan has been closed and the full refund requested from the Trust. This refund will be reimbursed within the next 3/5 working days. I have checked out this company on both…
I have checked out this company on both Trust pilot and companies house due the the amount of calls I get from them. They have several negative reports of being very pushy, taking deposits of £100 and not refunding before the cooling of period, being extremely rude and bullying. They owe more than they have in assets and are NOT covered buy the FCA. They are pushing for money before the regulations come into force that will most likely close them down. BEWARE of these scamming horrible people. I feel they are calling people in a certain age group who will most likely be looking for a funeral plan over the next few years.

Multiple cold calls every day - despite me telling them i am not interested and have never requested a quote. Have asked multiple times that thet stop calling, but they dont listen...
Update - 2 days passed, 4 more calls from this same rabble.... twice more i have told them to remove my details i know they have responded and said i should call their 'customer service team' but why thd heck should i... i didnt ask to be called and have repeatedly asked to be removed from their contact list. Blocked their numbers but thet dial from a new ons - i am happy to play this game and keep wasting their time now...and reitterating my bad reviews
