Scam company brought Adele tickets for my daughter’s 18th birthday 5 years ago.
I just found out that the police have finally caught up with Anthony koukoulis, the funny thing is my Dad lives right up the road in North Yorkshire.

Over 5 yrs have passed since Adele concert date was cancelled due to health reasons, I am yet awaiting for a full refund £325.50. Very unlikely that will ever happen as Pro Time Tours are being investigated for fraud. PLS STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!

All do not use pro time tours, they are due in court faced with fraud charges and all that have lost money should report it to the fraud UK as soon as you can as it add strength to the court case.

Book tickets from Pro Time Tours expecting to get tickets got nothing from them lost £1200. Do not use them stay away and it looks like they are still trading

Thieves, liars and dishonest ....... Why is their website still operating?

Please do not use this company, they have a perfectly good looking website but do not ever deliver tickets or answer emails. Also it seems these companys are immune to prosecutuon and you have no protection against them. They lie and destroy small childrens dreams, take your money and move on to the next victim and the authorities are do nothing. Paid £300 for two Ed Sheehan tickets nearly a year ago, some comunication before the show to tell me the tickets were on the way, they never arrived and I had to break the news to my daughter the day before. On the day a guy rang me and said if I met him at the concert he would hand over the tickets???? I told him did he expect me to drive all the way to Manchester and for him to not answer his phone? disappointing my daughter for a second time. These people are evil, there is no other word for it .

Do not use this website it is fraudulent. I shelled out £180 for two concert tickets which never arrived. The company maintains email contact for months to keep you thinking that they are going to deliver but sadly they don't. No offer of refund and no tickets. Please don't make the same mistake and if you have please refer to Action Fraud.

Purchased tickets for the PDC World Darts Championship by credit card for the tables on the 6 August 2017 for Saturday 23 December 2017. Received a phone call on the 7 August asking that if we wanted the tickets we would need to pay by bank transfer (£202.74), which we did. Credit Card was never charged.
Since Monday 18 December we had to chase more than twice daily to establish when we were going to receive the tickets. Continually told that they were being dispatched the next day then the next day. By Thursday 21 December we received a phone call from someone called Richard on behalf of Pro time Tours who said he had been away and would send the tickets that day. Tickets arrived on Friday 22 December for the tiered seating not the tables that were booked and booking confirmation clearly states. Absolutely no response from Pro Time, however we had a number for the person called Richard who stated after a number of unresponded to texts that he was only told we wanted ‘near the front’. Richard is apparently going to speak to someone ‘high up’ in Pro Time to resolve and as yet nothing. We have, as advised not used the mis-sold tickets. Trading standards via CAB have been informed as have Action Fraud
We normally go directly through the PDC ticket selling website so I would ask anyone who is reading this to avoid Pro Time Tours at all costs.
We will be pursuing a full refund

Update to todays post - Action Fraud team have been informed and a fraud claim has been made - I was told I would receive full refund last week - nothing has arrived in my bank account even though they confirmed via email that they had my details for a refund - I emailed them earlier today and have not even had a reply - The police will also be informed tomorrow

Adding to my previous review last week - total disaster - guy called me Thursday to say unfortunately my tickets would have to picked up outside the arena on Friday night for which I refused - I have no clue who I was expected to meet - the tickets should have been sent prior to the night before the even - I was advised in my original email communication that the tickets would be despatched as soon as payment was received which was straight away - I was then informed I would receive a refund for the tickets - I asked when this would be he said the Friday or Saturday - I advised I would check my bank Monday - and guess what - no refund - They asked for my confirmation booking reference on my last post for which I emailed full confirmation - I am now taking this further and will be contacting the action fraud team and the police today.

After being messed around and no response for British Lions tickets in the summer I asked for a refund. They agreed over the phone and via email that I would get a refund but still after months had no refund.

Dreadful company. Avoid at all costs!

This website is fraudulent. The police are investigating numerous cases of credit and debit card fraud. I tried to purchase Adele tickets and they tried to get my details. I was one of the lucky ones as I realised it was a scam. That was last year, and I was contacted by the police this week to inform me that this website is under investigation. Do NOT use.

Booked 3 tickets to see Lady Gaga on 15th October 2017. Unfortunately she cancelled the tour so tried to contact Protime Tours via the phone number of their website which just rang until it went to voicemail. I emailed as well and surprise surprise no reply at all. Only email I had was a confirmation email of my tickets from someone called Zach Mider. Haven’t been contacted since booking to explain what’s going on or to offer a refund. Do not use Protime Tours as they are quite clearly a scam and only want to take your money - absolutely disgusting!

Booked Queen and Adam Lambert tickets for 30th November at Barclaycard Arena (last nite) in April 2017. It cost me £200 with endless promises that our tickets were fully secure and what a surprise, no tickets appeared. The guy used two different names on the phone, Dave and Adrian, and finally told me there were no tickets. Reporting to Hertfordshire police as has previous reviewer. DO NOT USE this company, stick to the reliable ones e.g. Ticketmaster and ticket factory etc. Still waiting for a reply or refund but not hopeful to be honest. Thank you for spoiling a night that we had been looking forward to since April ☹️😡

Had to wait for the tickets but they did arrive..its standard practice to wait just before the gig to receive them, they said they came 5 days before the event the seats as promised well pleased

Purchased tickets for the Killers on 10 Nov 17, sent them emails to find out where my tickets were. Tuesdsy 7th and still no sign of any tickets. Very disappointed, please do not use this company.
Thursday 9th, had a telephone call to ask me if I could receive my tickets outside of the venue before concert, I refused as I should have received tickets well before now by post. Informed me that he was trying to sort tickets through special delivery. We shall see, or not.
11.30 Friday 10th Nov, night of the concert, no tickets arrived via special deliver.
The cheque must have been missing in the Christmas post Dec 19th.
You should always remember what goes around comes around merry Christmas.
Friday 1st Dec, still no sign of any refund, who could have guessed.
You have 7 days days to refund my money = 14 days from venue date before I inform authorities do not phone via private number because I will not take any b.......it from the likes of you. As far as I am concerned what goes around goes around, hope you rot in jail.

further action to stop anyone else from being a victim, don't hold any hope of getting my £277 refunded, had more chance of receiving tickets.
Sat 11th received a request for bank details to refund me my money, told them to send cheque in the post.

So I made a booking on 03/02/2017 to ProTime Tours for tickets to watch Celine Dion at the Birmingham Arena on 27/07/2017. I have been promising my mother for the last 15 years that I will take her to watch Celine Dion. I had used ProTime Tours previously to watch the Red Hot Chili Peppers on 10/12/2016 which they came through with although they sent a man by the name of Phillip Cooper to give me these tickets outside the arena ON THE NIGHT.
I made my booking and transferred this company my money. Again they ended up putting this Phillip Cooper in charge of giving me these tickets on the night. Mr Cooper was extremely rude on the phone before I set off for Birmingham with my mother but I thought my tickets were guaranteed. Mr Cooper then was not present at the meeting place at the agreed time. I tried to call Mr Cooper and he did not answer. When he eventually answered he yelled down the phone at me and said that I will not be receiving any tickets. My mother then called him, he started off to be polite towards her until she said my name, he then became very aggressive with my mother and then shouted "There are no tickets!"
I made a report on Action Fraud on this company who the following day promised me a refund (3 months later and still not received a penny). I thought all was lost until a DC from Hertfordshire Police Constabulary contacted me and took a statement from me.
Soon those responsible will be brought to Justice!
Do not use these guys and contact Hertfordshire Constabulary and provide a statement if you yourself have been conned by this pathetic excuse for a company!

It seems incredible that Pro Time tours is still allowed to ask Trust review to blocked people by just saying they have no account.
I have had dealings with PTT since December 2016 and have been Scammed out of monies by them, this so called company is at the center of a police investigation on both sides of the pond(USA) and although web sites are being closed down they manage to reopen them.
I advise all that have, or are thinking of using them to think again.
Whilst we all think that trust Pilot is for the common good by allowing us to review our experience with companies there are people and PTT being one of them use the lax way Trust pilot vet them to openly advertise on them as if they were a good company.
Unfortunately the time people look at these kind of sites is normally after a good or bad experience and that then is to late if its one like this where the company has STOLEN yes you see it correctly STOLEN money.
PTT use this site to make it look like if no tickets arrive they give the impression that they are carrying out a refund, then they say our account dept are dealing with this, please send your bank details, check your account etc. etc.
so when people log onto Trust pilot they see this and think " ah if it goes wrong they refund you". Trust us THEY DO NOT.
look in the papers, on this site but way back, they are thieves.
and they will be caught and once that is done we the ones who have tried to stop them will turn our intentions on Trust pilot for not acting in the interests of the people they say they represent.
Now this review will possibly be taken down, there will be no chance that PTT will try and sue me for things I have written as they would have to try and convince the courts that what I have said is a lie, I hope they do try as we then get to see them or find out their addresses.

Still no correspondence from you nearly four months after paying £520 for Coldplay tickets. No tickets or refund. Please do not use this company🤔🤔🤔 love the new 5 star review clearly written by protime tours themselves!!! Mickey Mouse could of written that
