I wish I had read some of these reviews before I blindly purchased tickets from Protimetours.

I purchased tickets for an Ed Sheeran concert which was in early May. I was left waiting for my tickets with only days till the concert date. Serious lack of communication and broken promises about when the tickets would arrive – very similar to the experiences already explained by others on here. After numerous unanswered calls, I was left waiting the night before the concert date with no tickets in hand.

On the day of the concert I rang the number on the website nonstop literally 50 times and then finally someone answered. I expressed my outrage at the way I had been treated and said I wanted a refund which the man agreed to. It has been TWO MONTHS and I am still waiting for my refund! Has anyone actually ever received a refund from this company? This is an absolute disgrace!

I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

All worked out very well for pro time tours, with Adele cancelling, at least now they won't have to acost anyone getting off the train for their tickets!!!!!
They sell tickets they don't have and are unlikely to ever have..
pro time tours have apparently already appeared on watchdog. They are 100% untrustworthy.
As seen by all these reviews, please do your self a favour and never deal with this company and please warn others not to do so either.

PLEASE share this post. This is to make people aware of a company called PRO TIME TOURS. They claim to sell tickets for concerts but you don't actually receive any tickets from them!!!
I purchased 2 tickets from them at a cost of £249.24 for Adele in December 2016 but today (day before concert!!!) I receive an email apologising that they could not collect the tickets and as such are refunding my money. Surprise surprise nobody will answer the phone.
When I booked the tickets I was continually told my card payment had been declined so ended up making a BACS payment to them.
Will I ever get my money back!!!

Feeling stupid as you can see from Adviser's report on them, they look very suspicious but I didn't know any of this at the time I ordered the tickets.

I am so very disappointed and fuming, especially as it was part of my husbands Christmas.

If anyone has used this company and has had the same problems, I would be very interested to know. Please pass on this info. Thanks.

Purchased Adele tickets in January , have received nothing !!! Email upon email, at least 70 phone calls that will not connect or get busy tone then cut off !
Purchased these tickets for mine and my wife's wedding anniversary , thought I was a bit more street wise but have been so conned.
Would like my money back so I Mite be able to treat my wife to at least a nice meal.

I purchased 2 tickets for Adele concert at wembley Arena for the 28th june 2017 back on the 09/12/16 from Protime Tours i was advised they would be with us closer to the event date so felt there was No need to panic that was until the 26th june when they still hadnt arrived i contacted them and spoke to Antonio and was advised that i needed to confirm the payment details which i did and was given a apology for them not being yet recieved and was told that a courier would deliver them to our Hotel as they didnt want to risk sending them through the post just incase they didnt arrive intime so although very concerned i accepted there offer and travelled from preston to London only to reach the Hotel and STILL NO TICKETS obviously very worried by now so called immediatley and spoke to Zach who advised me there had been a miscommunication between us and we had to pick the tickets up from the Arena from a man called Andrew and was given a Mobile number to call once there so once again we trusted what he was saying only to be let down yet again and was told there was nobody called Andrew waiting and we had No tickets we tried constantly ringing the mobile number give and the office number but No reply from the office number and the mobile number just rung out we paid £240 for the tickets for her Xmas present both myself & my daughter was heartbroken as not only just the cost of the tickets but travel & hotel was closer to £450.00 . it is a very cruel and Nasty thing for anyone to do and didnt want to admit we had fallen to a con a very very expensive lesson has been learned . we are going to contact the police but are not very hopeful but will be happy to advise anyone to KEEP AWAY from this so called company !!!

I have paid for 2 tickets for Adele on Sunday and still not received them. I chased them up last Thursday and was told they had been despatched and I would receive them the beginning of this week. Still no tickets. I've sent emails chasing and no reply. The number on the website rings once and then says it has not been possible to connect your call. Myself and my boyfriend have both taken time off work for this concert. Really frustrated and seems like this website is a fake. The worst part of it all is that they have taken our money!!!! After all the emails and attempts to get through to someone by phone I get an email from them today saying this: We would like to send our deepest apologies regarding the cancellation of Your tickets for the Adele Finale Tour 2017.
Your tickets were set to be collected from the venue by one of our company reps, all our clients that have been to the previous two shows have been experiencing severe problems with collection and gaining entry due to the original purchaser of the tickets having to show their I.D.
Therefore this has left us in an impossible situation, and we have been left with no alternative than to fully refund your booking rather than running the risk of your turning up to the show and not gaining entry.
Once again sorry that we have had to relay this message at such a late stage.
Hopefully you can understand the situation we have faced?
- I definitely can't understand or be understanding about the situation. We have lost money and I wanted to see Adele. This was supposed to be a special present. I have never had such bad customer service before in my life and I will be going to the trading standards and will do everything possible to ensure this scamming so called company is shut down for good! They have also not bothered to reply to wany of my emails that I've responded back to them.

Ok prime time tours so where's my refund then? I'm in touch with trade standards so when will I receive my refund?

The service was absolutely disgusting. Not only did I have to pick my tickets on the day of the performance, instead of having them delivered, from a courier who was an hour late, but the tickets delivered were not the ones I had paid for. I ordered 2 tickets to the Standing pitch for me and my brother and instead was handed one for the upper level and one for the standing. After we entered and realised we couldn't meet up anymore we had to go to customer support only to get two seats together at the very top. Pro Time Tours is run by a bunch of shady, unprofessional people who are only in this business to take your money and rip you off. Never buy tickets from them again, their business practices are disgusting , I'm impressed they haven't been sued out of every penny they own.

After all the upfront chaos and missed promises we were very surprised that in the end we did actually get the tickets. Just took, 10 emails and 50 missed calls - piece of cake.

Funniest part about the experience: instead of an apology for the poor communication the heroes from Protimetours always answered with "don't worry". Quite reassuring when you don't have your tickets until 15min before the show.

Arrogant. Unprofessional. Chaotic.

NOT WORTH THE HASSLE

I have brought Adele tickets for this Saturday 1st July. Been in constant contact with the company and they have told me I need to collect tickets at Wembley. Rang Wembley to check and they have told me if it's a resale site then know one will be allowed in with the tickets as it has the original bookies name on and everyone will be ID check and will not be allowed entry with out the original bookie.
Totally gutted. Really want to give them the benefit of the doubt as I desperately want to go but is it worth traveling all that way to be let down.
Has anyone else been told this?

Absolute joke of a company. Who is Zach? You can't get hold of them by phone and I paid before Christmas for Adele tickets that have never come. Get fobbed off by Zach even being told that they have now been sent and they will provide tracking number. Still no tracking number. My wife has taken Saturday off work so loss of money there aswell now. I have asked for money back and they have just said they will cancel the order which I find strange as they had said they were already posted!! If I hear nothing by Friday then I will instruct solicitors to sue the company. An unnecessary expense for me however having read these reviews somebody needs to do it and get the company taken down. If enough people sue them and complain to the press then they will get stopped. Horrendous to deal with. Do not use them!!!!!
SEE REPLY BELOW they hadn't even supplied the tickets yet they have the audacity to post this. I have been in contact with the police, solicitor and Watchdog. I have there home address and the history of the directors. I urge others to do the same!!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE - IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I bought two tickets for the Lions first test back in March. No tickets arrived despite numerous followups over the months until the event itself, by email and phone. Responses were patchy, but each time i got fobbed off with promises that the tickets would be arriving soon. Eventually time ran out and i was promised a full refund in 3-5 days, but nothing received yet over 3 weeks later. They have stopped replying to my emails chasing the refund, and have blocked my phone numbers so i can't connect by phone. Going to the bank and the police today. It's a complete disgrace. In addition to the tickets, i'd spent £1500 on flights and hotels for the trip. These people are the unscrupulous liars.

And in case someone from protimetours posts a fake reply about the refund, it's order number 3222951. You have my email address already if you feel like ever replying. And you have my card number to issue the refund.

UPDATE
After not getting any reply to numerous emails for 4 weeks (and never being able to get through on the phone), it was interesting to see a reply within a couple of hours when i posted this.

However the claim in the reply that the refund has been actioned is not true - no money has been returned to my card.

When the money is refunded to my card, I will post here. Until then, I will continue to refute any false statements that a refund has been made.

Protime tours delivered for me in the end. The tickets arrived later than I was hoping for (and later than I was told), and the communication wasn't always as easy as I had hoped between myself and them, but they arrived safely and were considerably cheaper than all other websites. I find that if you keep chasing them they will get you your ticket eventually. Nevertheless, I am very happy with my ticket and it arrived well in time for the event (a week before), even if it was a tad stressful at times.

Paid for Adele tickets a long time ago and still haven't received them the show is this sunday.
Ive emailed and know one replies I've also tried calling the number is dead.
The only email i have received was from 'Zach' which was months ago explaining the tickets will come nearer the time.

They are a scam. Plain and simple. You won't get your tickets and you won't get a refund. The few positive reviews by 'customers' were written by Pro Time Tours . One 'happy' user described the communication with Zach as 'excellent' which is a lie because he's useless; I spent a the last 2/3 months trying to phone but it was constantly engaged or off the hook. I'm sure that's probably 'Zach' himself writing the positive reviews.

I also wanted Adele tickets for this July and the exact same things have happened to me so I won't bore you with the details but I am sorry for anyone who has been affected. On Adele's Twitter, at the top, is a tweet from Wembley Stadium promoting 'limited general admission' and 'single tickets'. I brought 2 on Saturday and I received the tickets 2 days later. I urge anyone who wants to go and see Adele to do buy them this particular way.

'Zach' - I like to think you will read this considering you reply with vague, uninterested responses with the same old same old to other users on here. You are an absolute leech to society. You have no morals. You are a coward. Obviously, you're clever if you can trick us all to part our money with you but you should have used that intelligence in a completely different way. Hell, you could have actually been useful to society in an alternative universe. I have been waiting for 2 adele tickets for 28 th July and they have not arrived. I have called numerously and was told the tickets would arrive by the Monday then they told me I had to collect them from Wembley. They sent me an email with a contact number on to collect my tickets but there was no answer. I think this is disgusting after paying £220 for them. Everyone please stay away

This website is a scam and should be taken down. Phone line is permanently disconnected (they block your number once you make an enquiry), UK office address is a fake (according to the police) and no email response. Concert is 3 days away and no sign of any Adele tickets. Asked for a refund, asked for tracking information and no response. Update** called on multiple different phones due to be blocked on each and my order has been cancelled on Wednesday. Refund to follow in 3 working days (order ref 3222476) - Lauren Davies. Chased up the refund and was advised that they are waiting for ticket company to refund the tickets due to Adele cancelling. Although we cancelled our order before Adele cancelled and was advised a refund which now sees affected by Adele cancelling.

My boyfriend purchased two tickets in December for the show on 2nd July, we are obviously very concerned now as per all the other reviews no tickets have been received and again we can't get through on the telephone numbers, no email communication either. It's the other expense too of getting to London and accommodation on top that have been paid for.

In the case of the tour being cancelled, can we expect a full refund as no tickets arrived anyway?

I was re-directed to protime via Ticketmaster and didn't realise this was a third party selling site, meaning people sold their tickets to them and they then resold to me. So I panicked when not recieving my ticket when my friends had all received theirs.
I must say the communication was excellent with Zach and he answered all my questions quickly and responded to my emails within about 12 hours or less.
Be prepared for your ticket to arrive only a few days before the event which can be a little nail biting. As I was unaware this was third party I spent ages thinking it was a scam, but I did receive my ticket and went to the concert successfully.
So overall does what it says on the tin...but tin could be a little clearer when booking

I purchased 3 Adele Tickets for 2nd July in December as a xmas gift for my daughters and I have still not received the tickets. I have emailed them and not had a satisfactory response yet. My tickets in total costs £390 and I have the additional expense of booking a hotel in London for a further £230. I am so upset that I will be disappointing my daughters as they have been looking forward to this all year. Even if I get my tickets in time - which is appearing more and more doubtful by the day - I would not recommend this company. If I don't hear today I am considering informing the police as I think sadly this may be fraud.

Thanks for responding on here pro time but you havnt responded to my emails and I couldn't get through by phone so please can you explain exactly how you have resolved this and when and how I will get my tickets. Please respond to my emails.

I am updating my email 29 June 2017 to say that I have spoken to Protimetours who have offered a reasonable explanation as to why there has been a delay to issue of tickets and they have promised that they will meet me at the venue on Sunday evening before the performance to ensure that I have my tickets in time to see Adele. Therefor I am feeling reassured and if they do as they say on Sunday will be happy.
