NEVER RECIEVED TICKETS
After booking my tickets almost a year in advance I never recieved my tickets to J.Cole. I have emails Protimetours multiple time’s and haven’t received a reply or a refund.

Ok just to update you herts police are investigating them and arrests have been made. I’ve been scammed and have logged it with action fraud. DO NOT use this company they are liars and thieves. The website has been taken down and they set up a new number and set it up from the US to skirt around UK law. Their business address is fake! Trust me on this I learnt the hard way and am fully cooperating with the police to bring these robbing b******* to Justice

I paid for three tickets to see Mickey Flanagan at the beginning of the year for September.Yes you guessed it no tickets and no refund. I have been calling and emailing for well over a month now and got told by Antonio that my money would be returned at the end of the week.... this did not happen! I have had no choice but to contact Action Fraud. I am appalled at the nerve this so called company have in robbing from innocent people

I have been trying to get monies back for Adele tickets. Some £300 which all I get are holding mails from a fictitious individual called Angela.
The company is a scam and just wants to steel your money.
Do not use them.

Recently promised numerous times of firstly postage then e tickets for the Micky Flanagan tickets at the 02 arena Sep 16th, and yes they didn't arrive, wouldn't it be better for everyone a bit of honesty if they aren't going to come!! , the promises and obviously the near £280 for 3 tickets has angered me beyond words, plus we were looking forward to the show!!. A prompt response and refund required a.s.a.p.

I have just been scammed (16th Sep 2017),purchased two john legend tickets for £217.62 and tickets didn't not arrive.
Was promised tickets would be sent to my home address then once they did not arrive I was promised upgraded tickets that would arrive in our Manchester hotel.we were left devastated Saturday evening knowing no tickets had been delivered to the hotel.
No answer to any phone calls made Saturday and have no been able to contact them today either.
I am appalled by this company-I have been in contact with action fraud and the police in dealing with this aswell as my own bank who are trying to retrieve the money back.
There is no guarantee-sick sick people taking our hard earned money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Having purchased two tickets for the IAAF Sunday night Cat 1 tickets months in advance I rang 2 wks prior to the event as I'd heard nothing regarding how I'd get my tickets. As I was traveling to London for the whole weekend I was assured that my tickets "were on the desk in front of me & would be posted Monday" and would have to be signed for. Very long story, but suffice to say that after numerous ignored emails & similarly ignored phone calls the tickets didn't arrive prior to our departure to London....still no response to calls or emails, all day Friday, Saturday AND Sunday (weekend ruined with the stress of not knowing if we'd been ripped off)
More ignored emails & calls ... until finally at 4pm SUNDAY Evening PROTIME finally answered my call. They had the cheek to expect ME to "APOLOGISE TO THEM" for the tone of my frantic phone calls & emails. Obviously I refused to apologise for my tone (but inside I was FUMING, the man expecting me to apologise was SO MADDENING and if he'd been in front of me I'd probably have been arrested for my actions )
Thankfully when my apologies were NOT forthcoming he deigned to "allow me not to cancel my purchase" !!! and I was given a mobile number to "call later"
Bearing in mind this was 16-00 & that the Olympic Park opened at 18-00 I was furious...
At 17-45 I finally met a guy who had to surreptitiously sneak me my tickets (as there were Police nearby)
We were given "upgraded tickets" as the guy knew we'd been mucked about so much ...and ended up on row 5, lower level, bang on the Finish Line ...and even got to be next to Usain Bolt as he retired.
Obviously this was fabulous...but ProTime? Chancers, Liars, Nothing but Ticket Touts,

My friend Purchased 4 tickets that didn't arrive!!! We are in September and still outstanding our refund for Coldplay tickets. Right up until the actual event, Antonio kept giving excuses and promises that tickets were on the way. Following the event, he agreed to the refund the monies but his customer services skills were lacking - making US feel like a nuisance & we were an inconvenience!!!! Protimetours be respectful, professional (as you claim) & give the customers back their money that is not YOURS to keep!!!!!!! It's shocking you feel that you should choose who's next in line!!!!!!

This site is despicable! Bought Adele tickets for the concert that was cancelled on July 1. Had nothing back from them - no UK number all contacts are in Florida! Useless, crooked and set up to steal money and dreams from people. DO NOT USE THEM.

So no matter what evidance we send to Trust pilot with regards the Scam site Protime tours part of which they are being activly chased by the British Police and American enforcment agencies Trust pilot still seem to being seen to support this site.
Shrey just gave a good review to Protime tour, which apparently has been verified. I find that very hard to believe as 120 others have been scammed by them and suddenly a Verified review.
Then when a review is put on which pionts this outy it is taken down because the scam company tells Trust pilot they are not a custermer.
How do Trust pilot verify this "they dont" they take the word of a theives.

I am giving 3 stars just because right at the end, these guys pulled off the job of actually giving me the tickets right before the event at the venue, especially when i had lost all hopes of getting the tickets. I bought the tickets for double the original price 5 months before the event and lost all hopes of getting those delivered to me on time when no one bothered to respond to my emails and the helpline wasn't connecting.
Thankfully, all went well at the end and i was able to attend Eminem's gig (dream came true).

Things are moving.. Their number been stop and automated message says being investigated for fraud! Today is a good day 😊 I hope they all rot in jail !

Promised my refund by 21st August for £488 still not received anything. Disgusting crooks!

Absolutely disgusting! Still have not received my Adele refund 1 month ago they said it would be in my bank within 2 weeks. What can I do about this?! Who can I report them too? Absolute scam!!!

Do not use Pro Time Tours, transaction for Adele tickets completed Jan 2017, tickets never arrived. Pro Time Tours stated they would refund me, to date this has not happened.
Have reported them to Fraud Action and The Better Business Bureau as their accounts are in America. Do not use this company, not fit for purpose.

Anthony Koukoulis is named as principal for ProTime USA in Orlando. His brother John (jailed for 2 yrs for same fraud a few years ago) was known to have properties in Majorca and Orlando. Johns partner is Gemma Haslop who was also involved and gave address as Santa Ponsa Calvia which is the Majorca connection I think. John's Orlando address is 10813 Emerald Chase Drive, Orlando 32836. Checking the Spokeo website on who lives there at the moment, it says John Koukoullis BUT.. shows relatives there as A**** Koukoullis, C**** Koukoullis and K**** Koukoullis. There is a registered Business called Chazzy B Products at this address run by Charmaine L. Koukoullis (President) and Label Clothing run by Anthony Koullis but they may no longer be active.
well, well, well. After more searching It has been established that Anthony Koukoulis is actually John Koukoulis. It seems that he is up to his old tricks again for which he was jailed a while ago but has now set himself up elsewhere.

Looks like the American Protime tours is as fake as the British based one!!! This information is now in the public domain.

It's a pity you have to press at least one star for these guys. There needs to be a minus score. They are just thieves pure and simple. SIX weeks after the ADELE cancellation and no refund. I expect they'll pop up here with some twaddle about reference numbers and "looking into it" but they don't answer direct emails and, more importantly, don't return money. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Absolute scammers! I've been waiting for my U2 ticket refund since may! They owe me £344 , I can't tell you how upset iam! After some research it's come clear that this company are scammers/ con artists! I've had emails from Zach & Angela (if they even exist) and spoke to a man called Michael Over the phone! These people have my bank details and the police and fraud action team will be contacted tomorrow! DONT USE THEM
