I have not received Adele tickets phoned today finally got through was told to go to concert and collect tickets from a rep and would be emailed the details but still haven't received an email I have informed my bank of fraud they are on it was supposed too be a birthday present for my wife

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased Adele tickets for 01.07.2017 and for weeks I have been told numerous excuses as to why they have not been received. The phone line is permanently engaged and took days to get an answer, the email response gives the same reply but to no avail, no follow up, nothing. Absolutely disgusted with the service and outraged and would urge anyone never to use this company, no professionalism or honesty whatsoever. I had my suspicions about this company and was right. Complete cowboys, they over promise and clearly do not deliver. When I finally got through, I was told my tickets had been cancelled! Very rudely and abruptly, the decision was totally taken out of my hands (I was never going to get them anyway) I was told my refund had been made, I have checked and to no surprise this is not showing, I've been given lip service instead of an honest, upfront reality. To anyone considering using this company, please spare yourself the disappointment and loss. I have been nothing but patient and the whole time I've been spun a line. Completely outraged.

I emailed 3 times chasing my refund, still no reply, requesting my details on here is purely for the benefit of viewers reading this review!!

Update received an email about my refund, with an attachment that I cannot open. Checked with my bank and surprisingly no refund is pending whatsoever, no response to the phone line either. Hurrendous!

Thanks for advising what Adele told the nation publicly, however, you have still not responded to my refund query or my emails?

Update 4.7.17 - Thanks to my bank I got my money refunded, I am delighted. It's disappointing, but to no surprise that Pro Time couldn't do what was LEGAL and refund me, instead I got some very suspicious attachment (advising it was my refund, it wasn't by the way) requesting a login & password, I was advised by my bank not to open it. Adele cancelling was in a way a blessing as I had proof I had not been and that this so called "company" therefore had a legal obligation to provide a refund. Also prior to booking with Pro Time, I was unable to find any reviews, until now. The Google search brings up all the threads on page 1, so anyone doing their homework will be able see before booking and not entertain the thought. I hope whoever reads this finds it useful and it stops other hardworking, honest people from loosing their money.

Avoid this website!!! No Adele tickets. I paid £330 in december as a christmas present and in the past few days have sent numerous emails and attempted calls. I eventually spoke to a man yesterday called Zach, (who was the person who took my money in the first instance). He promised to call within the hour...... I've had the same standard emails re: delivery and am very happy to name and shame this awful website to numerous media sources and the claims court to retrieve my hard earned money!
29.6.7 24 was told tickets delivered at 1pm today ita now 12.00am friday and no tickets or email,etc,etc,etc. reported this company to trading standards,police,newspapers,trustpilot,etc,etc.
30.6.17 - STILL NO TICKETS. And obviously no response to email
13.7.17 - still no refund. Please see my letter published by Troubleshooter in The Times 8.7.17. No response to numerous requests for refund. Also reported to Action Fraud team.
What a s**t response from Protime below about " poor Adele". Like they give a toss as her concert has made them all £1000's richer!

Still not received my tickets value £320 to Adele. My husband brought me 2 tickets and although was told I would receive 5 days before I'm still awaiting them. Sent 4 emails over last two days with no reply and tried to call 5 times today only to get engaged tone. WHERE ARE MY TUCKETS ????? 😡😡😡😡

ordered two tickets for demon days festival, didn't arrive , spoken to a man three times on the phone on separate occasions where he asked me to call back and didn't answer
apparently my details have been passed for the refund but nothing has been given back yet.
230 pound is too much to just forget about.

They quick to take my money email and tried ringing but no ring tone I want answers and my tickets it my boyfriend birthday present! here i am again on wednesday putting a review about this company been phoning and it rings then cuts off email many times i,ve notice they are quick to comment on this site but not there email funny that!!! i want my money back everyone else is wanting this too quick to take money tho i be reporting you if i dont get answers i email you three times since sunday nothing from you so angry

I am also waiting for Adele tickets for 1st July 2017. Sent two messages via website with no response. I called on Tuesday, after multiple attempts someone picked up and said it will be delivered on Friday by 1pm recorded delivery (royal mail). Nothing has arrived yet! Where is the tracking number that was meant to be sent by email as per email confirmation sent to me? I have kept all email communication as evidence as this is now beyond a joke!

I have posted once already regarding my situation after no response via email and not being able to phone them as they have cut the lines off. They emailed me as soon as I posted my review yesterday asking for my bank details to convince me they were going to refund me and I am still yet awaiting a refund. I have emailed them twice since and with no surprise there is no response!!! It is now 5 days away until the concert and I am out of pocket as I have had to purchase more tickets via STUB HUBB which I recommend as you are guaranteed your money back!!!
I am a full time worker and I am having to do all of this during my working hours which is adding more stress to my day.

I will be going into my bank tomorrow and showing them all of my evidence regarding my scam and I will be showing the police to .

I purchased Adele tickets for 28th June 2017 in January as a birthday present for my mum. I had no suspicions within the company as when I had read reviews in January nothing had been negative. I purchased the tickets for £350 which I know now that I have lost. 6 days before the event it had clicked to me I had been scammed as I had still not received my tickets. I have emailed them 3 times this morning without a response which was expected. I have also tried calling them over and over again and the phone call rings once and then the line cuts out. I have contacted my bank account and I will now be contacting the police and trading standards as this can not carry on! Me and my mother were very disappointed which lead to me having to spend more money this morning to replace the tickets which we should of had! I am now £350 out of pocket.. BE AWARE!

Pro Time Tours is a scam website plain and simple. My wife and I purchased tickets through ProTime Tours to go see the Gorillaz in June 2017. We paid £211 via bank transfer, which was a mistake. I've asked for a refund via Paypal or a cheque, as I have zero confidence that my details wouldn't otherwise be exploited and used fraudulently. I wonder if some of us on this forum can group together to progress a wider case against Pro Time Tours? I'm currently pursuing this with Trading Standards, the Police and the small claims court. If we group together, it would make it easier to expose Pro Time Tours in the media as well.

Purchased 2 tickets for Gorillaz in March 2017 for a show on 10/06/17. Tickets hadn't arrived by 03/06/2017 so sent 2 emails. No response to either of these so tried phone, again no response and no way to leave a message or confirm if it was a real business line. Contacted Paypal to register a dispute and got an email form Pro time tours with in an hour stating that because of the Paypal dispute they had cancelled my order. Further email from my self over a refund to which they stated would be completed but again the refund only came about via Paypal. Very poor communications from Pro time tours and I'm very sceptical that if I hadn't contacted paypal I would not have received any tickets or had a refund.
Following this experience I got tickets via See tickets, ordered on 04/06 and received on 06/06, this just showed how poor Pro time tours are.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND A VERY QUICK CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE EVERYTIME I EMAILED

We have no complaints with protimetours.com.
I organise corporate days out for the travel company I work for and went through protimetours.com to buy tickets for the UEFA Champions league Final in Cardiff.
The booking was for 6 tickets and they were delivered to our Hotel in Cardiff, upon arrival.
My account manager was Zach Mider and was always on hand to answer any queries.
Would like to give credit , where credit is due and have recommended there website to colleagues in my industry.

Bought tickets for coldplay and paid. A short time before the concert, we received this message that left my daughters devastated. We feel conned.

"We are writing to you today. regarding your recent booking for the Coldplay Tour 2017. A full refund has been returned to your card and will take 3-5 business days to reach your account. The reason for the cancellation is due to the seller not meeting our delivery time frame. After numerous conversations with the seller, they have not been able to commit to an exact delivery date. Therefore we have had to take this action and hopefully this will give you enough time to make alternative arrangements"

Rubbish treatment and badly let down. Thanks a million Pro Time.

I am still waiting for my tickets I keep being told my payment hasn't gone through now I am not getting any response. Last I heard they were going to send a link to pay. Heard nothing more

ProTime Tours delivered for us in the end and even provided an upgraded package at no extra cost. I have no real complaints and communication was good as they responded to emails promptly and took phone calls. However a bit more transparency around ticket delivery times and methods would have been preferable. It was all very last minute and I had been told several times tickets were in the post when clearly they weren't. That said I would use them again if needed.

UPDATE:
Suddenly on the 25th July 2017 I received a refund of £519 directly into my bank account. No specific communication - I noticed it when I checked my balance. I don't know why this has suddenly happened. Maybe Zach and Antonio have been investigated and sacked, or maybe the threat of Action Fraud has made the company start to send refunds. Frankly I'm astounded, but it's a welcome action.

I bought a cup final ticket and now, reading the other posts, I realise I have been scammed out of £519. It was either the ticket or go on holiday, and I chose the ticket. They said my credit card hadn't gone through and if I did a bank transfer they would post out straight away. I even thanked them for helping me get the payment sorted so that I could get the ticket in time. How stupid I feel. There now is no connection when I phone so I assume they move numbers frequently. Criminals!

WARNING! Do not use pro times tours they are a con!!! I have purchased tickets for a sporting event which never came! Kept getting strung along and eventually they said the credit card didn't go through so if I pay cash / bank transfer hey will post the tickets. I refused to do that and after no communications or replies despite promising to get back to me the same day, I discovered that my credit card provider blocked the payment as suspected it was dodgy! BE CARFUL AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
